Love Dr. Bartlett and all her staff. I used to get anxiety about going to the dentist. But I can honestly say that I don’t anymore since I have been coming to Dr Bartlett at Dental Arts. They make me feel comfortable and are very caring!!!

Called today to make an appointment and asked if they could treat my daughter who is 3 years old. The receptionist was very nice and stated they could. She got my information and scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 9 am. I also explained she has complained of her tooth hurting occasionally but upon my findings I didn't see a cavity. But I'm not a trained professional in this line of work may I add.
So about a hour later she calls me back and says that they could clean her teeth but they couldn't do any treatments for my child and that she would need to go to Children's for dental work. I was like so you're telling me that I'm going to have to take her to Birmingham , simply to get them to examine my child's mouth?
I thought all dentist could take xrays or examine all age groups of people and find the cause of the problem. But apparently not this office!!!! Maybe they should take some continuous education courses that were up to date so they could broaden their patient base. Or maybe they simply choose who they want to see. I would never turn away any new potential patients or clients. And because of an experience like this I will not recommend this office based on the fact they scheduled an appointment then called me back with some nonsense reason of why they couldn't see her. They should've told me that from the beginning. Rating of 0 stars!

This place is the best has a wonderful caring dentist and the staff and dental assistants are just great as well! Could not ask for a better dentist office I would highly recommend Dental Arts to anyone adult are child if you have dental fears they put them to rest! Use to hate to go to the dentist but love it now!! Thanks Dental Arts and DMD Kari Bartlett!

Edit I had to go back today with an emergency...they got me in and out in 45 minutes and handled my problem with awesome care! Definitely recommend Dental Arts. I'll never go anywhere else.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Kari Bartlett was happy to stay after my procedure and answer my many questions. Office is very clean and comfortable and this facility offers many different payment options. Highly recommend. My dental hygienist was extremely pleasant to be around and I throughly enjoyed her company. Looking forward to my next visit.
