After putting a dentist visit off for several years, I broke down and made an appointment for myself after I saw how amazing the staff and especially the Dr Kari was with my son. Of course due to neglect on my part for so long I have to have a little more extensive cleaning and care but as nervous as I was going in this morning... I left with a better feeling and am glad that Dental Arts is whom I trust to care for myself and my son. Glad we have a dental home to call our own being that we are so new to this area!! If you don't have dental insurance, they have an amazing in-house plan that is affordable as well!!

Miss Shantin is the best dental hygienist i’ve ever had. I’m 20 years old and normally am so nervous about going to the dentist. She made my xrays & cleaning an enjoyable experience. I wish every hygienist had the personality and skills of Miss Shantin.

I came to get a free consult for my 4 crowns
Found out they wanted me to do 2000 worth of work before they would do the crowns
I did it, and scheduled an appointment
While we waited for me to heal, I sent my wife in to consult for her 2 crowns. The charged her $200, for something that was supposed to be free!
My appointment was set for Thursday at 2. On Wednesday morning at 1020am I called to tell them I'd be late because of work, they argued (receptionist) and told me I couldn't be late because the dentist set aside time for me. I decided then I would reschedule and they wouldn't listen to reason kept talking down to me. Decided quickly I'd take my $5500 procedure elsewhere. She yelled me like I was a child.

GREEDY AND ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY
They had already gotten $2300 from me and $200 I'd paid for my wife
6 weeks later they send me a $430 bill for canceled appointment. Thier policy is 24 hours and a $50 charge. I canceled within the limits of the policy and they charged me an absurd amount
I went to warrior family dental and paid the same price and had a wonderful experience

Never have I ever had such an amazing experience at a dental visit!! Everyone was exceptionally NICE!! They were very thorough and explained everything. For once I actually felt like they really cared about my problem and getting me to feel better.
