To whom this may concern, I'm writing about my recent experience with Anthony Dental, I was called at work to confirm my appointment for Tuesday April 12th and I cancelled because I know I owed y'all money and I wasn't going to be able to pay it this week, you see we had just got hit by the tornado in Priceville, I live on Thompson Road and was one of the homes damaged, we had just gone through a devastation and I was planning on paying next but my husband's truck had 2 trees to land on it and mine had a huge limb on it, so therefore we had to fork out $1000 for our deductible's on our insurance plus other expenses and I explained this when I cancelled my appointment and Jessica that works in the office didn't seem to care and she said that if I didn't pay soon that she was going to turn me over to the collection agency, she just didn't seem to care what we had just gone through, I have alway's payed y'all when I got a bill and I just got a little behind, I have alway's been pleased with the staff there and I'm so thankful for what y'all have done for me to get my teeth healthier but I don't think I will be back, I don't want to face Jessica , she really needs some people skills.
