I went and got the initial workout and x-rays and began some cavity fillings, I knew all the codes on my workup paper and knew what they meant - first of all they told me they were doing a certain tooth number but wound up doing a different tooth which cost the first confusion, second they charged me for a three-point molar filling, but only filled two of them when I asked her why she left the little tiny hole, she said she normally doesn't fill the small ones, she waits until they get bigger... But I was still charged and they would not give me a refund.

My appointment today was at the Decatur location. I’ve used Jackie for almost 20 years and can’t imagine anyone else cleaning my teeth; she is the best hygienist!

Try just great! The worked me in when I lost a veneer and I can’t say enough good things about them. Convenient hours, painless, quick and they know their stuff. Dr. Nemec-Lamont is really good and Katie is too. I don’t go anywhere else.

As long as complete dental is around, I will not ever have another dentist. The facility is up kept well, clean, and modern.The staff is so welcoming and friendly! The hours work around my hours and are very accommodating. One evening, I had forgotten about my appointment and I received a call from the receptionist. She was very understanding and allowed me to go ahead and come in after my appointment time had passed. Highly recommend this dentist!
