Hi. My first visit was very pleasant. Ms. DEE performed a thorough and painless cleaning. Dr. Beasley explained procedures and suggestions for care like a true experienced professional. Finally, Ms. Stephanie was accomadating, helpful and thorough with paperwork and scheduling. You can't beat a personal hometown experience as opposed to the supermarket style dentist office. Dr Beasley's team was a blessing to me. After waiting 3 weeks in pain for an appointment with a DIFFERENT dentist, only for that dentist to GIVE my appointment away, I called Dr. Beasley's office. I was in tears, angry at the other dentist, emotional from trying to build myself up to this previous appointment due to anxiety only for them to treat me like I was nobody. Dr. Beasley's front desk staff was so sympathetic, kind, and understanding. She told me to be in the office first thing the next morning. I was there waiting at 7:20am. I was one of the first 5 in, aside from the patients who already had set appointments. Which I completely understand. They got me back, x-rayed my problem area, and discovered I had an abscess and the nerve of my tooth was exposed. I was set up with an appointment for a root canal, given antibiotics, and a mild pain medication, all within about 30 minutes. EVERYONE was so kind to me. The front desk, the hygienist, and Dr. Beasley. They all understood my anxiety and made me very comfortable. Dr. Beasley was kind enough to show me my X-ray and explain in great detail where my problems were, explained the root canal since I've never had one, as well as answered the questions I had. I'm very thankful to everyone in this office and while I have to go to an off site location for my procedure, I'm a little more comfortable with the fact that I'll be taken care of by this office for my crown placement after the root canal.
They didn't have to see me in my time of need. They could have simply told me they were booked, just like every other place I called had done. Yet they made room for me in my time of need. I'm so thankful!
