I got their way over 30 minutes early for my appointment. I didn't think I was ever going to get back there it took them well over an hour and a half to get me back there that's with an appointment. They was kind of shorthanded that day which I'm a very understanding person and I waited patiently for my appointment. Whole time I sit there I pay a lot to attention to the staff and how it seemed to be such a happy place to work. My experience there was very wonderful I'm looking very forward to my next appointment. Thanks to Aspen Dental for being such caring people.

I had the BEST experience! I will never use another Dentist, The staff, Dentist, the whole atmosphere was so welcoming. I did feel be embarrassed like my previous Dentist made me feel, She made me comfortable and confident. I couldn't have made a better switch than to choose Aspen!!! Great job to you all, Yall are all AMAZING!

I had an amazing experience At Dothan Aspen Dental.. Tina was very quick, friendly, and professional today making my first visit amazing.. The office manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable helping me find my Insurance provider since I did not have the card available!!! This was one of the best dental experiences I've had in a long time .. I will make ADD my new dental home for my kids and I!

Everyone from front desk to the doctor was very friendly and helpful and it made my time there a good experience. I now have every faith that when I return for more that I’m in great care with them . If you are looking for a good dentist come to Aspen Dental .

Worst experience ever at a dentist. I just wanted 2 teeth out that were hurting really bad. The dentist wrote down a book of things she wanted to do in my mouth, including a 150$ toothbrush. The bill was going to be about 7000 dollars insurance would cover over half but I still could not afford to have done what was recommended in the treatment plan. Any ways we talked it out and came up with a plan I could afford but still doing lots of work I was not ready for. So I asked to give me a day so I could talk to my wife. 2 days later I called to make the appointment and was told they would not give me service unless I went with the treatment plan I could not afford. I had the 2 treatment plans in front of me and I was refused service and asked not to go in to talk personally with anyone unless I was ready to pay a deposit and agree to the 7000$ plan. I feel like all they care about is making money. I honestly don't think they cared about my teeth and feel like they would of done a awdfull job. I also felt judged and belittled that I could not come up with the money they wanted. Smdh

My family and I have been an Aspen dental patience for 4 years. In September 2022, I had an appointment set for October to get a filling because I had tooth decay. They canceled my appointment because the doctor wasn't comfortable about giving me a prescription for my appointment. The dentist and dental assistant suggested the prescription. Drove 2 hours the day before the appointment to pick up the meds and she said she wasn't comfortable. I have severe anxiety over needles. Made me feel like i was being profiled as a drug user. I am clean. Referred me to the Enterprise office. Made 3 attempts to schedule an appointment with no call backs and 2 attempts at the Dothan location. I had to write an review for them to call me back to say they don't want to see me as a patient because they are knowingly know I have a tooth decay and allowing me to be in pain and causing future problems, which is negligence on behalf of this office. I will be filing a report with Alabama's dental associates and a complaint with insurance company.

The receptionists are utterly unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, or time management. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM, I arrived 15 minutes due to it being my first visit. When I arrived there was a sign that stated “Sign in and take a seat”, I followed the directions due to the two receptionists talking and no greeting. Around 9:15 AM, I finally got up to ask about my appointment and she informed that she hadn’t even checked me in. There was no apology, instead they tried not to see me due to their unprofessionalism.

Well, I got there a bit late, my appointment was for 11:00 AM. I got there 12 minutes late so I had to go back at 1:00 PM. I was treated with good care. At the end of my visit, I was surprised to see that it was after 5:00 PM. When I left. My tooth was in so much pain I just wanted it out. I was given two options. 1. I could get them all removed and get a full plate because of the teeth conditions. And wear a plate, and 2. Get them pulled out and get dentures. And send home with amoxicillin. All is ok, but I am still in pain, and the tooth and still in my head. The main problem was not taken care of. ( getting that pain over). I will rate Aspen dental a 3 out of 10.

Every staff member was professional and very nice. I was impressed with the quality of their services from a previous experience for my husband. So I decided to try them for myself and I’m happy I did.

Wasn’t there long at all, very nice, work well to make sure you get the services needed. Atmosphere was clean, organized. Staff all spoke to you and greeted once seen you in the hall. Felt like FAMILY. Highly recommend‼️
