U Save Dentistry

Not even one star from me. Dr. Kelly for one didn’t speak and through out my procedure was so rough I was in tears. His aggressiveness was cause by my tooth that was not easy to pull and was evident when he took a chipped piece that was in my mouth and tossed it across the room. This was the worst experience of my life and his rudeness and inconsideration of my pain made it worse. I can come back and u can tell me personally your side. There is no side to an unhappy costumer. This company is clearly the worst and your snide remarks are sickening, shame on you!!!!!

I had extremely painful tooth pain in the back of my jaw that radiated even to my top teeth. I'm fairly high pain tolerant. I needed a molar extracted. The dentist gave me antibiotics and told me to take them before I returned for the extraction. So I did. I got there and he was quick to come in and start the procedure he gave me shots into my nerves in my gums which hurt but not horrible. Turned out I had what they call a hot tooth. Which I read about later in my own research and found out it's common. It happens when the nerves are extremely agitated and they cant be numbed completely. It took several shots more to make it bearable. The tooth broke and he had to extract the roots separately. It was very intense I must say though the Dr. That worked on my tooth stayed very professional and I felt comfortable the whole time. He was patient when I said it hurt he stopped and regrouped. It was the best that situation could have been and I really appreciate the skill and abilities the man had he was great.

I just have to say, I’m very impressed with U Save Dentistry Tillman’s Corner location. I broke a tooth late yesterday afternoon. It wasn’t a small break it was one of my molar’s. Half the tooth was out the other half in with extreme pain. Not only did Dr. Kelly and his team have great customer service but this morning they squeezed me in by 9:30. Thank you Carey Dutton, Dr. Kelly and staff. I will be recommending you guys to anyone possible and I will let my workers know to go to you guys when they are in need of dental work. God Speed!

My grandmother had her dentures made here a little over a year ago. She paid for “the best” On the website at the time it advertised same day temporary dentures. She got nothing. She also had to go back numerous times for adjustments and after the third time she just settled with ill fitting dentures. I can literally hear a popping noise when she chews her food. Since then she has lost three teeth out of the dentures. (She barely eats) Two of them before her year warranty expired. And the third tooth was lost last week. The first missing tooth was a hassle to have them repair. Front desk was rude. When we tried to schedule to have her second tooth repaired, we were told we’d receive a call back. Never got a call back. Useless front desk. So now My grandmother is walking around looking like the stereotype toothless Alabamian hillbilly until the quarantine is over so we can get her to a real dentist. Needless to say we are very disappointed. Would not recommend to anybody. Horrible costumer service. Even worst quality dentures. And the place looks like a huge sketch ball.

I unfortunately had some bone loss and a tooth had fallen out. Several other teeth were not far behind. I was not ready for this at all. They took their time to educate me on my condition and all my options. They really set me at ease about my procedure.Thank you Simone! No pushy sales, like at other places. Great work at great prices. I am very pleased! Thank you both! I have confidence in their skill and personal attention. I highly recommend to anyone who would need their service. Thank you for helping me make the best decision. I will go back for all my future needs.

My experience was great everyone was so nice and helpful took time to explain to me what I needed done and showed me the package plan they have.the staff are awesome also

My experience was very unpleasant me and my son went there only for me to get and impression. I waited a very long time they where very unprofessional. I arrived about 8:30 and at 11 still nothing done. My son had to be to school by 11. After explaining that to the nurse/ assistant still waited 30 min longer. The first bad experience I had with them I’m disgusted. All I came in for was and impression and it took 2 1/2 hours. Still no impression. I had explained and went over my xrays slash treatment plan before I went to my appointment. Therefore this should have been a smooth transaction but it was not. I will not be returning period.

1 star soley because of the owners response to negative reviews. Yeah, I can definitely see the employees being trash if the owner is trash too.

Received very biased assistance on the phone. I would never feel comfortable putting my dental health in the hands of a company with such poor customer service. Front office attendant made every excuse to not schedule an appointment for me and spoke with confusing jargon in a condescending tone our whole interaction. Don't believe me, call and ask a lot of questions about their services and see what side of the Matrix you end on. Mine was the Red 💊.

I took my son there on 9/12/18 and me and my son was very pleased with the service. From the time we walked in the service was great. My son was there to get a flipper and we was there for about an hour at the most. And we returned the same day to pick up his flipper. And i must say I am extremely happy that U Save Dentistry gave my baby his smile back on his birthday! Thank you all so very much. 👏👏👍👍😁😁
