U Save Dentistry

I have a billing statement to say otherwise...however my humble opinion is two stars for the u save part....I feel its high priced with no way of compromise....as for the staff ,very professional and to the point. When I have a lot of money I go here. The rate the staff 5 stars on getting the job done...I review everywhere I go and if anyone have more questions on this or any others I've completed reach out to me.

I really enjoyed the friendly.staff and technically and professional services and I will be back in the near future thanks a million times. I got my smile back.

My experience at USave Dental was extremely nice, very professional, Dental Tech Linda was really great put me at ease , friendly and professional. The Dentist was really nice . The office is very clean all the employees were nice and answered all questions I asked. I am so glad I went there on 8/22/'18. I am very pleased . Thanks Again.

I'm not sure about their ability to perform dental work because I couldn't get past the smug receptionist. I'm not special, but I am a human, and a simple smile or thank you probably would have prevented this bad review. From the first phone call until the time I politely left the office I was treated with zero respect. It was obvious she had zero desire to earn my business. I'm paying a significant amount more to be treated well. #benice

I have been seeing Dr. Lenoir, and find him very nice and competent. I got my treatment plan and a few fillings before getting a root canal done elsewhere and the Dr. Lenoir fitted a temporary crown - it was perfect! However, I have experienced some pain from the permanent crown that did not fit perfectly and that chipped the tooth next to it, and hesitated several months before returning due to losing two fillings to chewing gum and needing them replaced as well as a check-up on one of my front teeth that has developed a crack along a previous rebuilding line. I hope for more and better results as we progress on my treatment plan. * I got a lower partial plate in February that seems to need refitting or remaking, due to being lower on the left than right, and painfully rubbing on the lower left gum. The teeth on the lower left front are more exposed, and the ones on the lower right are covered up almost halfway. The pain is so bad that I am forced to remove it frequently and feel as if the inside goes almost too far down, curving under the jawbone and putting on too much pressure where there are still natural teeth in place.

I apologize for the lengthy review, but it seems people are so quick to badmouth when they have what they feel is a not so good experience and forget to post when the outcome is satisfactory or beyond expectations. So here is my story with USD.

I am a proud United States Veteran. About 5 years ago the VA diagnosed me with a condition that in order to receive treatment I had to have all of my teeth removed. I had perfectly straight white teeth with a couple of cavities. It was a major decision, but with 5 children the opportunity to extend my life was graciously accepted without hesitation. Everything went smoothly and all is well, except the VA was unable to replace my teeth. They said it was a "cosmetic" procedure and therefore not covered by the VA.
I've wanted implants for a long time but every time I save enough money to start, something seems to pop up. I originally called USD because the price fit within my budget, but I chose USD because of the sincerity and professionalism of its staff and the genuine concern regarding my specific needs by the Dentist during my initial consult.
I chose the premium denture package and set a date for the big day. The procedure was smooth and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I had to return once for an adjustment but it didn't take too long or cost anything additional. I've gone years without teeth. I can say with with great authority the ability to savor a fat juicy steak, confidently smile at a beautiful person, talk without a lisp or properly digest your food are not purely "cosmetic" in nature. USD gave me my confidence back and helped me regain my manhood. I know teeth don't make the man, but they make a happy man lol.
With that said, I don't patronize a used car lot and get upset when I don't see a lot full of new cars with zero miles. I took a consult at 3 different same day denture facilities. I chose U Save Dentistry and I chose right. Bang for the buck, USD was hands down the best present I've given myself in a very long time. My experience went well beyond my expectations and I highly recommend! 5 stars!

Dont be misled by their name; this is not an economy dental business. In fact they quote prices which are among some of the highest in the area! I called because I had a bad toothache. I was
told my extraction, visit, and x-rays would run almost $200. I did not make an appointment.

I’m a return customer from 5 years ago , 5 yrs ago had 3 teeth pulled and a upper bridge made and fitted the day this procedure was done , yes it cost $100 to be seen and x-rays were taken . I’ve had extensive mouth surgeries in the past costing me THOUSANDS of DOLLARS !!! THOUSANDS !! I visited dent-u-save for an abscess not knowing what they were going to say needed to be done , they came back with pulling 3 teeth and they would fit me with a bridge for my upper jaw , i recall it was $100 for my first visit and x-ray plus consultation on what to do or what I wanted done , I had a car wreck as a teenager and at 47yrs of age I was tired of a dentist chair so this place hooked me up !!!! With less than $500 and 2visits I had TEETH/ FRONT TEETH !!! And I could eat again , with less money than a root canal in most dentists offices !! So , you need dental work weather your financially stable in life or not U-Sav-dentistry is the place to go for any and all dentistry NEEDS !! Thank you U-SAV-DENTISTRY , YALL ROCK ✌️

I am a very impatient person but I cannot fault people for my impatience and I have to say that everyone there was always respectful and professional but I must also give credit to the person who responds to the reviews
they do a great job with making sure that everyone is happy and they couldn’t have picked a better person for that job.

What a terrible place. The lady on the phone was rude and came across as rather ignorant. They don’t take insurance, which is more frightening than reassuring. Unfortunately, dental work is just expensive and the dentist is always going to get theirs, because they can. It’s like death and taxes. It just is. With that being said, I wouldn’t do business with anyone that talks and treats patients like they do.
