When I finally developed enough tooth pain to land me in Dr. Carlson’s chair, I found the experience to be a pale shade of discomfort I anticipated. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions cheerfully, and gave me zero shame for my hiatus. The friendly office staff gave me itemized quotes for the work I needed, and even squeezed me into their schedule when I lost my appointment confirmation.
