The dental work went well, and the staff was wonderful...
...right up to the point where the work was completed, they calculated what my insurance would cover, and wanted the co-pay before I left the office. When I said I needed to verify what was remaining on my credit card before giving them a *several* hundred dollar payment they smiled, nodded...
...and were shaking my wife down for the payment on the phone before I even reached the parking lot.
