Everyone at Bright Smiles was fabulous and professional! They made me and my kids feel relaxed and happy to be at the dentist. My kids seriously love going to the dentist and we would highly recommend Bright Smiles to anyone of any age.

After 20 years with one dentist in Anchorage, I was forced to find another dentist. My dentist retired! While the new dentists in his office were personable and skilled, they opted out of my insurance. Forced to find a dentist that accepted my insurance, I was Blessed to find Dr. Cavaness. His office staff treated me as a valued client on my very first visit. They accommodated my "quirks" happily and enthusiastically. But best of all, Dr Cavaness was marvelous. For me, dental visits have be preceded by a Xanax pill. My stress levels are so high. On my last visit with Dr. C I tried something that I have not tried in 17 years. No Xanax!! What a joy to be with a staff and Doctor that relieves all of my anxiety so I do not have to pre-medicate so I can get through the simplest appointment.

What started out as a nightmare for me... trusting a new dentist, has turned into a complete and total Blessing for me. I have a great deal of faith and trust in the entire staff. They greet me warmly, they make sure I know how much my visit will cost before I come, they make sure to treat me as a valued client. They never give off the appearance of having to "Put up with me." I can't say I will ever look forward to a dental trip, but I can say that I look forward to seeing the entire staff and Dr. C for all of my dental needs.

Recommending him to all of my friends and family has already happened.

This comes from someone who had a rough dental experience growing up with 11 teeth pulled before I was 12. The office uses alot of the modern technology for xrays, and bite wings. The assistants run alot of it until the Dr. Cavaness came in to get done what they could. Dr. Caveness was very easy to talk to and welcoming and talked throufh his process. Did a thorough evaluation and we were able to talk through options and way forward. The last person who cleaned my teeth, prior to coming here, was pretty rough but Chrissy was easy and used Sonic water pick first which made it easier. By the time I left, their receptionist had already broken down what the future work would cost, based on what Dr. Caveness and I talked about. Would really recommend them to anyone.

Teeth are great and got a nice shower. Just missing the foot massage.

My kids actually love going to the dentist because of our hygenist, Jeri, and Dr. Cavaness. We have always received fantastic service. I highly recommend Bright Smiles!

They treat my daughter and I like best friends. Everyone knows my daughter and she looks forward to seeing everyone in the office. It is just such a friendly, but professional, place! I don’t ever want to go anywhere else.

Great staff. Jeri is the best hygienist ever. Don't let her leave. Make her a partner in the practice . . . Maybe a consultant or something. Pay her so much she can't retire! 😷
