Convenient Efficient

Come for a walk-in at 7:30am-7:45am for same day appointments. I was able to get my exam, teeth cleaning and cavity fillings each done same day in the mornings.

unprofessional poor customer service long wait times difficulty getting records transferred

Failures at professionalism and customer service. When I called to make an appointment for oral pain, I was told the only options were going to a cleaning walk-in (wait all day to maybe be seen) and lying about the pain until a hygienist touched the tooth in question, or scheduling for late October. Worse, when I found a real clinic to help, they let a phone ring and ring with no answer so I can't even get records transferred.
