Dr. Crosby is the best dentist I have ever had! An excellent experience with Dr. Crosby and his staff. I had issues with an old crown, 30 plus years, so I shopped dentists for a solution that wouldn't break my bank account. It was wonderful to save money, and I was able to get the rest of my dental work done. His prices/services were fantastic! I will continue using his office; because, they were very thorough, caring, and the entire staff went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable for all the work I had done. It's not often one will find a dentist with a deep desire to provide the best possible care for his patients and my many, diverse needs. There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!, in fact I've referred many friends and family. When you find the best, you keep it!

Fantastic dental experience and service. I was a new patient to Dr. Richard Crosby and he was by far the most courteous and accommodating dentist I have ever worked with. Dr. Crosby and his staff were very considerate and patient with my concerns and anxiety. They answered every question I had and talked me through the procedure, so I knew what to expect at each step. My treatment could also be completed in one visit due to the innovative technologies (3D imaging and printing capabilities) they have in the office.

Eva, one of Dr. Crosby’s staff, was especially knowledgeable and helpful – answering questions I had about insurance and post-treatment care. During the procedure, they checked on me throughout to assure my comfort – even providing a head rest and blanket. This greatly increased my comfort and made me feel well cared for. I could not have asked for better service. The facilities were also very clean, in an accessible location, and operate professionally. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby and his staff and will be booking future dental needs with his office.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Crosby for over 20 years. I have had cleaning, cosmetic, and occasional crown work (I love that 3D crown printer), but my husband has required intensive dentistry, including numerous implants. Dr. C and his staff are first rate! They always seem to be on the cutting edge of dental technology and care. I appreciate their innovation, curiosity, continuous learning, and attention to detail. Also, dental work is often not much fun for the patient, but Dr. Crosby has a great sense of humor, keeps us laughing, and makes every effort to ensure we're as comfortable as possible.

We live in Rural Alaska, which makes getting extensive dental treatment a bit of a challenge. Dr. Crosby, Eva, and the rest of their team have been very accommodating, keeping us informed about how many visits the dental plan would take, working with us to get the best travel schedule and appointment dates, and best of all, delivering a quality product. My husband's smile is more beautiful than the first day I met him. The hubby has nothing but praise for the excellent treatment, and follow-up appointments when needed, and we both would recommend Dr. Crosby and team with the highest regards.

Where do I start! Dr. Richard Crosby and his staff are amazing professionals who exceed anyones expectations. They provide top notch services from the moment you walk into the office. The transformation that I experienced from the moment I went in for a consultation to getting my smile transformed was nothing short of amazing. My teeth were in pretty bad shape from years of avoiding the dentist and only going in when it was necessary, my smile was nonexistent due to the embarrassment of showing my worn down teeth, not a pretty sight, I also suffered severe anxiety going to the dentist. Long story short, I can now smile with confidence and know that my teeth look amazing, totally changed my life and that’s a fact. I would highly recommend Dr. Crosby and his staff to anyone who may have experienced negative dental care in the past or need the confidence of a beautiful smile. My experience through the entire process was like no other, he is excellent at what he does and uses the latest technology. I will say, Dr. Crosby will restore teeth if all possible rather than removing, I had a tooth that was about as close as you can get to having to get it removed, Dr. Crosby was able to save the tooth and put a crown on it, how amazing is that! I literally have to learn to smile again and I am beyond thrilled! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a series of procedures done by Dr. Crosby and while I am never excited about going to the dentist, it was by far the most comfortable experience I had ever had. I really appreciated the fact he wasn't bopping from one room to the next trying to treat multiple patients at once. I was his only focus that day and it was evident. He calmly explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, did not seem in a rush, knew what he was talking about and when all was said and done, the work was perfect.
