Dr Crosby did a new crown and two fillings today. My experience was great. I had no pain, and was done in the time frame that was scheduled. Dr Crosby also explained how he created my new crown. Everyone in the office is very helpful and experienced. I would highly recommend Dr Crosby and his staff.

I can't sing Dr. Crosby's praise loud enough. I have been to four or five other dentists in Anchorage and received average care at best with the others. In fact, I went to Dr. Crosby after a devastating treatment plan was proposed by another dentist and some really bad work by another. I was trying to stay "in plan" with the others, but had to have some work repeated in less than a year.
Dr. Crosby is so talented. He gave me several options and, unlike past experience, let me make the decision based on what I could afford instead of trying high pressure scare tactics.
I finally love my smile again for the first time in 13 years and I get tons of compliments.

There is never a wait.
The time for a cleaning, or when I received a porcelain overlay, is minimal. And the results, nothing but perfection. I am very happy to have the mercury fillings removed from my teeth. Thank you, Rich for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate the thoroughness and no pain!

When I went to see Dr. Crosby, a neuromuscular dentist, the beautiful smile I had from braces when I was younger was gone. My teeth had started shifting, I had a huge gap in my top front teeth and my bite was off causing small chips in my other teeth that needed constant repair. I hated how I looked. I was self conscious, started covering my mouth when I laughed and refused to let anyone take my picture. It affected my whole psyche. Dr. Crosby used amazing technology, artistry and specialized knowledge of how the jaw joint, muscles and teeth position work together to diagnose the underlying causes of my degrading dental situation and devise a solution that resulted in a solid foundation. He fixed the gap and created a lasting, beautiful stunning smile, that took years off my life and most of all gave me the confidence to smile again and experience unrestrained joy with others.

Best experience I have ever had at the Dentist. I had been going to a different local Dentist in Anchorage regularly for 30 years. I wish I would have made the change years ago. This office is not a production mill type office. You receive individualized attention, by Dr. Crosby. Eva was amazing and April from Birch Mountain Anesthesia, made my 4 hour visit anxiety free. I had 3 crowns, replaced on the same day and one root canal. I’ll be back in July, for additional work, and I feel very confident and comfortable I chose this clinic and Dr. Crosby.

He and his staff are professional and personable and they emanate confidence and knowledge while treating you. His waiting room and exam rooms are spotless and his equipment is innovative and up-to-date. I can definitely recommend Dr. Crosby for your dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Crosby since the very early 2000's and he is fantastic. He put veneers on my 2 front teeth in 2002 and they are still perfect. While living in another state I had to go to other dentists. (I never found one I liked.) All these other dentists couldn't tell I had veneers until they started working. And if you haven't experienced getting a crown in a day you need to try it.
