In January of 2015 I was involved in a pretty serious accident on board a Bering Sea crabber that left me with four shattered front teeth. Aside from injuries, I was incredibly upset because my entire life (35 years) I'd taken great care of my teeth, worn braces as a teenager, and have had a lot of pride in my teeth. After never having so much as a cavity in, to have all four of my front teeth busted, I was completely unsure what I'd end up looking like.
I was nervous and fearful of dentistry and with an uncertain outcome, I did not know where to go to have my dental work done. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Crosby and boy am I thankful they did!
From start to finish Dr. Crosby and his team were extremely patient, understanding and reassuring. I couldn't have had a better experience in such a major repair to my teeth. I needed to wear a set of temporary teeth that Dr. Crosby made in his office that were indistinguishable to even my closest friends. When my 4 front teeth were finally replaced with ceramic restorative crowns, the results were just... amazing. My better half couldn't agree more, that they look exactly like my old teeth, only better! The color match is awesome, and the teeth look exactly like the ones I was born with.
Throughout the experience I not only received excellent care, but my overall fear of dentistry has subsided. I ended up getting a complete evaluation done, some general teeth cleaning and had my first cavity filled. Each and every aspect of my visit with Dr. Crosby and his staff was excellent.
I'd be happy to show the new grill off to anyone who is trying to make a decision like I did.

Dr. Crosby and his awesome staff are at the top of their game!! Pros at what they do and super down to earth. They've got the latest in dental technology which means I got a tooth restored with a crown in about 2 hours!! Last time I had a crown at another office, I had a temporary crown while another lab made it. Then I'd have to go back and hope it was a good fit. Saved Time. Saved Money. #Winning!!!

May 29, 2018 My husband and I are retired, have an RV and have been traveling since mid April, heading towards Canada and Alaska. Just after crossing Canadian border, chewing on a taffy, my old crown came off. Getting closer into Alaska, I googled dentists and chose Richard Crosby! Went in today, wonderful, friendly staff! Made my crown right there and hopefully I won’t have to go back to have it looked at again! All went well and I thank everyone there for taking care of me! Great experience!!! Recommend definitely!

Dr.Crosby was able to produce and replace my crown in about two hours. No going in and having a temporary made and having to wait for your permanent crown to come in. One visit and it was complete ! I broke a molar on Sunday afternoon. I did not have pain but was traveling out of state on Tuesday. I left a message and heard back from Jessica Monday morning at 8 am. They had me in a chair at 1 pm and Dr Crosby went to work. Super professional and friendly. Painless procedure to rebuild my tooth. Complete and like new by 2:30 pm. Great experience, great staff and Dr Crosby called that evening to see that I was OK!
