Dr Olsen and the staff are all friendly and professional. It had been five years since we had a dental exam or cleaning. Dr Olsen took the time to ask if we had questions. He explained all the steps he was taking. He took a lot of time explaining the dental exam to my son along with importance of taking good care of his teeth and showed him how. I was very pleased with my visit! Dr Olsen and his dental assistant were both very friendly and calming. I came in with a broken tooth and they talked with me through each step and the plan for my next visit. They even made time for an unplanned cleaning!

Dr. Olsen is an attentive listener, offers constructive suggestions, is respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, effective, and good humored. I noticed patients of all ages and felt a lot of good energy during my visits. I’m happy to return for regular preventative care and necessary procedures. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I called this morning for a toothache, and they got me in within 3 hours. Dr. Olsen spent a lot of time going over all of my options for care; never did I feel like he was chomping at the bit to move on to the next client.

Great place. Called needing a broken filling repair ASAP. Dr Olson and his team got me in the next day and took care of it quickly and with minimal pain. Even help me with options to help with cost. Highly recommended them to anyone who asked me for a dentist in Fairbanks and North Pole area.

My family and I recently moved to North Pole from out of state and needed a new dentist in the area. I am very pleased with the services my daughter and I received at this location. They are both friendly and professional and took the time to explain the dental plans and cleaning procedures. I highly recommend!

Heidi is a very kind and pleasant lady, whom gave me a wonderful impression upon walking in for the first time. She's always so sweet! Andrea, Olson's dental assistant, is the absolute cutest and silliest; she makes me feel happy and comfortable through every visit. Dr. Olson is remarkably thorough in walking you through everything he's doing and he doesn't hesitate to give every bit of advice he can to keep your oral health in mint-condition. From cleaning to fillings to pulling wisdom teeth, he's done it all for me so I have many thanks - and more to come - for every one of these great staff members! Keep up the great work!
