We love Dr. Bauer and Dr. Mortenson! They are so helpful, gentle and caring. Our granddaughter was not quite 4 the first time she saw Dr. Bauer. He was so gentle and worked with her, explaining all that was going to do. She loves him!

We love this dentist. Absolutely amazing people work here. They are fabulous with my children. My oldest needed fillings and they put her at ease. They have cute names for the tools and explained the entire process to her. Also, my youngest left her goodie bag (which is fabulous btw) and the receptionist held onto it for a whole week until our next appointment. Not many people do that. I feel very comfortable here. They want to take care of you (not lie for money like other dentists) and they have fabulous customer service. We won't go anywhere else for a dentist! We highly recommend them.

Long story short my husband went in for a cleaning and they found a cavity. When the dentist came in he was about to start drilling on the wrong tooth! Then his assistant told him the correct tooth and he ordered her to leave the room. He didn’t even drill where the cavity was and now when my husband smiles you can see a hole that they did not fill right next to his canine tooth. Husband will never go back and I highly do NOT recommend!

Will not recomend, my daughter got seen here she wasnt num well and felt lots of pain. We decided not to continue coming to this place. Ut they keep scheduling her appointments without calling me or leaving me voice messages. And if you get an email, whether you confirm or not they still keep you booked and if you dont show up they charge you $50 fee. So now again I saw a email about me needing g to confirm my daughter appointment and I been calling none stop to tell them to stop scheduling without my consent but they wont answer their phone. Looks like I'll need to go in person but such a waste of my time and them being thieves by charging $50 fees.

After 3 techs and 2 hours later, the dentist finally came in to do what the techs couldn't. My mouth was so neat up and sore. No mass were offered for pain. They looked at my records and said I didnt need anything. They didn't contact my family practice doctor. I tried to schedule another appointment and was met with rudeness on the phone.
They are far too busy. The dentist was working on 3 other patients while I sat there trying to be patient. I was getup a root canal and a cap.
My 3rd one.
5k later, I was met with this.
I will never go back. Nor will my family members, nor my friends.

Very friendly staff and professional doctors. For COVID, you fill out your paperwork in the car before entering. When you are actually in the chair for your appointment, they have a TV over head. It is a great distraction for adults and kids.

Drove with glee and enthusiasm to see Dr. Bauer and staff for my appointment. Never before in the history of teeth and gums has a patient such as myself been more satisfied with their services. Best dentist and staff I've ever had.
