Worst Dental experience of my life!! Avoid this place at all costs. He is by far the worst dentist I've ever seen and after I paid a major portion out of pocket and cancelled future work he sent a bill to collections. Worst bed side manner. Absolutely the Worst. 1 star isn't even low enough for this conman. I caution all military do not use this guy!!!

I had the absolute best experience having my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous but all the staff eased my worries. It was quick, easy, and painless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This place is the worst! There’s so many options for dental care in North Pole - definitely avoid this one. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

We absolutely love Dr. Rod and all his staff. We went there for three years and every visit was awesome. My son felt safe and comfortable going in for his appointments by himself. I felt very comfortable letting him.

I called today around 1:30 pm asking if they could get me in as a new patient on an emergency visit ASAP. I was told to come in at 2:30 to be seen. I’ve been having jaw and teeth pain and today it was really bothering me so I knew I needed to get checked out. I was given x rays and sure enough, my wisdom teeth are coming in. They made out the referral for a surgeon right then and there as well as scheduled me for a routine cleaning. I was very satisfied with the prompt service and so glad I can get the ball rolling on everything!

By far the best dental experience I have ever had. The dental staff are by far the most amazing, kind, sweet group of ladies! They make you feel at home and welcomed. Now Dr. Rod, he is so great! He is honest and has amazing patient care, his work is so important to him and I truly appreciate it. It shows with the quality of work he puts into his patients. I am currently in the chair waiting for him to come back to do a ROOT CANAL and I am excited, pictures to come. I couldn't have been blessed with a more amazing dentist office.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Northern Lights. They are all so friendly and definitely go above and beyond. I had to have a root canal about a month after my son was born. My husband and mother were unable to watch him so he had to come with. He was pretty upset but the girls were more than willing to jump in and help rock him, feed him, keep him happy, etc. I'm continually impressed with how warm they and Dr. Rod are to their patients. Not to mention the timely and effective dental treatments they provide. I'm so glad I could find a quality dental clinic while we are stationed here!

After moving to North Pole with the air-force, I am happy to have found a new dental home for myself and my kids. Danielle took great care of us and was so good with my youngest who hadn't been to the dentist before. Dr. Rod was nice and explained things in easy to understand terms. Very "homey" atmosphere and everyone was so friendly.

The technician was great but I had questions for the dentist and expected to see him. He was not available (I had seen him just 10 minutes earlier outside talking to someone) and that is not acceptable. There was no offer to reschedule or any apologies made. My insurance shouldn't have to pay the same fee when the dentist is a no-show.

I found myself looking for a dentist on the morning of the 26th of December. My 70 year old wife found herself missing her front tooth from the night before and leaving on a Mexico cruise on the 27th. Needless to say she was devastated all night as to what to do. So, I started calling starting a 8:30 a.m. and Northern Lights Dental Clinic was the first one I could reach and make an appointment. She got right in and was able to be seen and she walked away with a new tooth. She was very grateful and pleased with the professional work that was accomplished and the staff were very helpful and professional. I would recommend your company anytime, thank you so much.
