Dr Blair is wonderful. I have a new dentist now because of the front office (FO) staff. A tooth broke end of September. Called for appt. (9/26/22). Couldn’t get one for two weeks. Agreed to that date. The day came (10/10/2022), I went for my 3:30 appt only to find out the doctor was sick. FO woman said they tried to notify me but failed. They canceled my appt not knowing if I was informed or not. Said I could make another, again 2 weeks (10/20/22) into the future meaning I lived with a broken for over a month. When I said that was unacceptable, the two FO gals laughed in my face as they looked at each other. As I stormed off, the older woman of the two said “I was free to go elsewhere.” I did go elsewhere. I’ve never encountered such, unapologetic and rude office people in my life. Sorry Dr Blair, I like you but your FO leaves a lot to be desired. I might add I was in no pain but if that filling or rest of tooth failed, I may have been. That gave me a great deal of anxiety.

Jeff Blair has been our family dentist for years. He is not only superbly knowledgeable but has a wonderful bedside manner that makes an otherwise anxious event an enjoyable experience. Great place! You feel like a patient, not a number. The Doctor explains everything in detail during your exam. I love the small town feel of this office. The staff is awesome. This is where I will be going, not some corporate office that can't answer their phone or respond to patients in a timely manner.

Constant appointments being canceled (were up to 7 now since sept 2020) because Doctor is sick. Always last minute. My grandma paid $800 for a partial denture plate that doesn’t fit right. Going on 6 months with her bottom teeth unusable. The doctor and staff are very kind, however doesn’t do business efficiently.
