I am a Flagstaff native, born and raised. I am 25 years old and have never had a worse experience in a medical office than I have here. The front office staff is very rude and could not comply with my request to call my insurance company and get a proper cost estimate for my crown, although I asked multiple times. As someone who works in the medical field I was highly dissatisfied with the companies professionalism when it came to disputes. This is now my second review as the front office manager threatened to seek legal action if I did not take down my original review, which really stated my more accurate disgust for this business. The dentist himself is awesome and very kind but the front office staff and office manager are a nightmare to deal with. They really put a bad name on the office they work for, in my own opinion.

Dr. Hallberg (Dale), had been my and my families dentist since I was a kid. He, the hygienists, and staff have always been accommodating, friendly, and thorough. Although fearing the βdentist experienceβ is a thing, I have never understood because my visits here have always been such a pleasure.
