Dr. Abedi and his team at XO Dentistry are the best around! Always working around my schedule and getting me in when it suits me. From the moment I first called to schedule an appointment, I knew I would be well taken care of. From regular cleaning and check-ups to oral surgery, Dr. Abedi and his team are awesome. Thank you for taking great care of me and my teeth!

What a great first-time visit and I already feel like I have found an awesome dentist! The entire staff was amazing and they proved to me that they really care about their patients and they listen!!

I am no stranger to the dental chair but the first time seeing a new dentist has never been easy for me....until today. I felt like the people at XO were real. They weren't over friendly and they weren't too relaxed. My dental options were explained in simple words and I left their office with my questions having answers. I definitely will be returning to XO Dentistry!!!

This review is for their office on Higley. The most horrible experience with the dental assistant by the name of Emily. Today, I had a dental cleaning appt. As she was examining my teeth. She was stabbing my gums with the dental instrument. She plays it off by saying, the gums are inflamed. After reviewing the teeth she recommended I get a deeper cleaning. I told her only if the insurance pays for it. She says that's fine. The receptionist came in to go over the deep cleaning cost but I declined and got a regular teeth cleaning. Emily comes back into the room to do the cleaning but hap hazardly. She hands me my purse and I said this can't b serious. She goes, you're not getting any deep cleaning. My response was u didn't floss my teeth. Very rude and does not belong in a dental office nor working w/the public. Never recommend this place.

Rebecca just did my zoom teeth whitening yesterday!! It took about an hour and one and 15 minutes or so. There were 3 sessions done at once. I love the result!! My teeth are super white!!!! They even gave me a take home tooth whitening kit to keep everything super white!!

Great experience since I have began about 2 years ago. Update 2/22/2020 I am not sure what is going on at this office but my experience is terrible now. They have ordered my crown for my implant 2x and still it is not right nor in my mouth. I was told you will be all done for the new year here I am looking at 1 yr more treatments. On Jan 30 they tried fit the crown and for whatever reason it was not right.
Feb 3rd my gums felt tight after the jan 30 pat. By Feb 5 th I had an abscess. I had to go to an emergency dentists in Chandler on Feb 8th. I also asked for new invisalign trays since I had the final ones in for months waiting on crown. It's broken and discolored. On at least one occasion I went in for appt to be told it had not arrived. I had an appointment 2/20 and advised the office of the infection. They took a CAT scan laid out a new treatment. Now today the temp will not fit over the abutment and titanium rod these seems lower and loose.
I had my 7 year old daughter teeth looked at they stated she had a few cavities...so I paid to have them treated I guess they felt that a 7 year old was going to allow them to just stick a needle in her mouth and begin drilling. 2 hours wasted. Then it took about 3 months for them to refund me for not completing the work on my daugter. I could be wrong but since they merged with affordable dentures or since I became aware they may go by multiple names the service is extremely poor. My time and money is valuable and I am not getting my monies worth- it's just that simple.
Lastly, when I went in on 2/21 there was a bill of $55 I guess they treated me for something my insurance did not cover or we had exceeded the yearly allowance
**** appt on 5/19/2020. The office staff did a great job of making the appointment go very smoothly. This was the second day of reopening due to Civid 19. Initially I wanted to cancel the appointment due to health concerns. The staff checked my temperature and I was greater by many familiar persons. Yes everyone was very safe. Hand washing, hand sanitizer, oral rinse, masks gloves. Dr. ABEDI was very patient he was more like he was when I first started going there. Very friendly and appreciative of my business. I want to do my part in keeping the economy going and supporting local businesses so I will say i will admit that they are trending in the right direction again. I gave them 1 star previously i will say my position has changed it was again 5 star service.

Great service, gorgeous office (super clean) - Vanessa is awesome - so kind and understanding with my anxiety lol- The dentist gave me a free Oral exam for cancer 🙂...never had that before. Happy client here :)

The team at XO is awesome! I’m a dentist and I go there for my dental needs. I go to XO because they love what they do and they do it right. If a dentist goes there for treatment then you should too. :)

***WARNING*** - LIKELY SCAM ARTIST

Unfortunately, I received a coupon IN the mail for this dentist's office promising an exam, x-rays, and cleaning for $69. That sounded like a good deal and I was due for a cleaning, so I made an appointment. Upon entering the office, I was taken promptly to my exam area. A staff member proceeded to take x-rays and pictures. She seemed completely inexperienced. The X-rays hurt quite bad, and I have never experienced pain from x rays before. She then took high definition pictures of my teeth, and placed a monitor right in front of my face so that I could see the pictures. As a I later realized, that was likely a marketing technique. My teeth (and yours also most likely) do not look pretty that close up, and those images would provide an opportunity for Dr. Abedi to "improve" my smile.

So, after shes done taking the pictures and x-rays, Dr. Abedi comes in. He spend maybe 5-10 minutes examining my teeth. He then says they cannot do a cleaning because I need a deep cleaning in my entire mouth. He said he will give me a "discount" of 20% (what kind of dentist gives discounts?) so that the deep cleaning will "only" cost about $900. I tell him that I want a normal cleaning in accordance with the coupon, but he says that the hygienist is out of the office (why the hell would you schedule an appointment for an exam, x rays, and cleaning when the hygienist is out of the office?).

Remarkably, he then also claims that I have extremely receding gums and that I NEED about 15 gum grafts, and that, because I do not have insurance, he will lower the cost of EACH GRAFT from $1200 to $980. So, yes, within 10 minutes of meeting me, he claimed that I needed approximately $15,000 in dental work.

I was aware I had some gum recession, but had seen many other periodontists and dentists and believed that the recession was not as serious as this Doctor Abedi made it sound. I made another appointment at a nearby dentist, Avalon Dentistry (I highly recommend them). Dr. Peifer examined me and told me that I have some recession but am not at any risk of losing functional value of the teeth and that I only need a basic (not deep) cleaning every 6 months. His office then set me up with a cleaning the very next day, and charged me only $100 for the exam and cleaning, saving me, in essence, $14,900.

Dr Stephan Abedi and his staff were the most gracious and accommodated me with every request. Dr Abedi did a full mouth restoration of a celebrity friend and was recommended exclusively. His skills and discretion are unparalleled, so I decided to start my treatment at his office even though I live in LA. I have made several trips so far and could not be happier. He had to correct the mistakes and
Oversights of my previous dentists. He pays attention to details and puts his entire expertise and heart into his work. I will follow him anywhere in the world to do my dental work and have brought my mother and grandmother to do the same. We are very lucky that he has accepted us as his patients and continues to provide us with best dental care imaginable. He has done veneers and implants for me and I constantly get complements on my smile. It is priceless. It looks great and natural. He does not charge nearly enough for the level of expertise that he provides. I recommend him with outmost enthusiasm and without any reservations whatsoever. dr abedi thank you for all that u have done for me.
