Legacy Smiles of Southern Arizona

I had two urgent visits to clinic for a loose implant. Stefanie was excellent at arranging badly needed appointments both times. Dr. K seems competent, as did her assistant. Implant lasted only 3 weeks before it came loose again. Second visit cost more than first and there was no financial break for failure to fix the problem on first visit. This was later refunded when I called them. This is a good lesson about importance of speaking up when you think an injustice has been done.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kildoo since she has had her practice in Green Valley. Yesterday, I saw her hygienist, Blanca. The office is lovely, they have the latest technology/equipment. I believe they are helping me to maintain good dental health specific to my dental needs. I believe good dental health is vital to good health in general.

I have been lucky to have three great dentist in the last 42 years and was so afraid when I move to Green Valley that I was not going to be able to find as great a dentist as I've had in the past but I've been going to Dr kildoo of Legacy Smiles of Arizona for almost 5 years now and was very happy with my simple appointments of cleanings and Dr Kildoo taking a look at my teeth.... but, in the past few months now I have had to have one crown replaced was about 25 years old and she did a fantastic job and very recently found I needed to have 4 veneers on my front teeth, which had significant fillings on the back side, removed and four crowns done and today was the appointment to take them off and roll them down for the crowns. I never even felt the shots, four of them, that she did above the four Front Teeth and despite having to be in the chair for 2 and 1/2 hours total including the fitting for the temps and a mold takes for the new crowns, that was an unbelievably Pleasant dentist visit. I know I spend more money going up here in Green Valley and if I went to Mexico but it is worth every dying for the Peace of Mind but I have an excellent dentist who is going to put excellent product in my mouth and with professional people who are available if I have any issues.

This dental office is very busy and difficult to be seen on any short notice request of less than a month notice, although without question some of the best hygienists in the country work here. (Kathy) (Anne) and previously (Rosie). The office staff are the weakness within this clinic and have scheduled me for appointments I've canceled and booked me with hygienists other than whom I've had appointments with, without approval or notification. Overall if your looking for basic dental checkup and cleanings this is one of the best in the area if your flexible on your provider.

Went in for a periodical cleaning and checkup. I had no wait to see Catherine, my hygienist. Se was wonderful--took extra time to explain how to better take care of my implants.

Great experience.

My husband saw Dr. Kildoo and was given an estimate of future work that needed to be done which came to almost $10,000. Because she was not in his insurance network he found another local Dentist and was told he did not need all what she said needed to be done and he got all his work done for under $300. Really ??

The entire team at Legacy Smiles is fabulous. Always smiling and willing and eager to answer questions and help with anything I ask. Dr. Kildoo has helped me overcome my apprehension for going to the dentist which has been a problem for me since childhood. For the first time in my life (I'm 75 years young) I do not fear going to the dentist and having work done. I attribute this to Dr. Kildoo and her excellent dental care abilities and patient caring. Thank you Dr. Kildoo. Also, I especially appreciate Jackie and all her help and suggestions. She encouraged us to joint the Membership Club which is paying for our cleanings, exams and x-rays and saving us on all other dental care.
History: As a snowbird some years ago I had a dental emergency and called Dr. McCrae --he was my parents dentist before their passing. Dr. Kildoo now owned his practice and saw me that day. She not only saw mw the same day to take care of my emergency issue but took time to do come cosmetic smoothing of the edges of my front teeth at no extra charge! When we moved to AZ full time 8 years ago we made Legacy Smiles our place for dental care and have been delighted with their care ever since. Thank you Dr. Kildoo and your team at Legacy Smiles.
