Aubrey did my dental cleaning and was great. Very thorough and open to me having questions or doubts. She made my experience well enough to give them more than 1 star. However, this was my second time there and only do give it a second chance. The dentist has HORRIBLE bedside manner. Rude. Ignorant. Thinks he’s better than the rest. Lisa was ok. Not the greatest nor the worst. There’s a sign in the lobby that is HIGHLIGHTED “fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any non-healthcare provider” yet, she made me and another patient wait outside while it was raining 🙄. After I spoke with her and asked if I needed to take anything she said no. She could of let me know right then and there. I have definitely told people to NOT come here!! Will be seeking a second opinion before giving them another penny.

The dental hygienist is charming and a delight. They do try to upsell their services a little to make a little extra money, and who can blame them for that. they have no problem deleting these "extras" without loss of energy or care. Someday I may even elect to try these extras. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

The work they do seems ok however, they insisted I come back every three months. Today was my appointment day but I had to cancel because of bad weather. My appointment was 3 pm and they are a good 30 minutes from me. I am 79 and by the time they would finish with me I would be driving home almost in the dark with the rain, at my age that is not a good thing to do because of cataracts, they make lights blur.

So I was told on the phone it would be three months before I can get in. Now mind you (they) made the issue of three months and now it was up to six months. The response I got was "people are already booked". So I guess that means nobody is going to cancel in the next three months, inturn they could call me to come in. I hope you get the point I am trying to make.

The receptionist was definsive, unhelpful and rude. So now they lost my business and my wifes business.

I can only conclude it must be nice to have a job people need, and then not having to worry about really helping people when there is a need for consideration.

They never took X-rays like we told them to after signing up my son for their new dental plan. Brought my son back a year after he had fillings put in by Bright Now and they wanted $1000 to fix the fillings that were falling out, and would not be able to schedule for 3 months. Been going there with my family of 5 for over 16 years and am pretty much deciding it’s time to look for a new Dentist.

Bright Now Dental did an excellent job taking care of my tooth issue. I will always use them and reccomend them to others.

Worst ever! I haven't been able to get in for a routine cleaning for well over a year which is ridiculous. The front desk employee is very curt and rude. They can not get me in and there is no other business that accepts my dental insurance in Green Valley. I do not like working with this business.

I waited an hour to be seen when I had an 8 am (just opened) appointment. No one acknowledged my wait, there were multiple signs about being patient which leads me to believe it’s an ongoing issue. I was also supposed to receive a call about a treatment plan to move forward but I have not received any calls after many days of waiting. They hygienist was kind but that’s the only positive I have from my experience.

Love that my exam was quick and easy! Dr. Jackson was very kind. Michael and Bethany were very helpful. Thank you!
