All new, modern equipment and office. I had no problem with scheduling or my appointment. Dr. Dindal gave a very thorough examination. The hygienist was efficient and thorough as well. Highly recommend.

I cracked my tooth right before Christmas and Sahuarita Modern Dentistry got me in the next day and were able to give me a crown the same day. All the staff is so wonderful and caring! Thank you for the early Christmas present of a new tooth and no pain!

These people are con artists. They will find dental work you don't really need. I went ahead with it. My husband did not - another dentist told him he didn't need the work. Then they tell you insurance will pay for this work. Then I get a call from them threatening to turn me over to collections for a bill I have never seen. They claim the insurance company didn't pay the entire expected amount. Girl on the phone could have cared less - if I didn't give them a credit card they were turning me over to collections. Disgraceful business practices.
I just called back per the request from this business. The girl had no idea who I should speak to.

Sat for over two hours in the waiting/dental room without my cleaning beginning. Plus they tried to charge me for frivolous items in the procedure. If you must go, thoroughly ask what you're being charged for beforehand. Never again.

The dentist and staff are nice and the facilities are clean and nice. But I find their communication poor. They told me the time of an appt once and then later told me it wasn’t for sure. They didn’t give me info about my root canal prior to the root canal. They didn’t give me all the information about a payment plan until I asked. The dentist told me I would need a 2 hour break until I could my crown on and the assistant said 1 hour but then I had to come in and sit for a long time. I feel like they should be more clear and upfront and not waste people’s time.

I have had mixed feelings. The staff is friendly for the most part. However, I have experienced some of the same issues as others. I have had appointments scheduled, confirmed and when I show up they don’t have me on their calendar. This last time they asked me to come earlier and when I got there the office was not open. I thought I was being pranked. I had to wait for employees to come to work and then wait to see the doctor, because he was not there. This is after my cleaning the prior week when I waited in the chair for 15 minutes and then was asked if I would wait another 30-45 minutes to see the doctor. I think there customer service is lacking.

Every time (4 times now), I schedule an appointment for one time (in the office with them having the scheduled pulled up in front of them) but then come time for my appointment it is 30-90 mins later than what I had scheduled with them

UPDATE: You have my information, you can call me. I just called this morning, so why would I call again?
I started going to this office about 2 years ago because of the great care they took then. I drive from Tucson. Today I got a call about my appointment, except they had me down for Saturday when it was supposed to be Sunday. I have an email from February 21st with the date and time for the Sunday appointment I made in office. Today the receptionist said they aren't open on Sundays and they don't go by the emails because those aren't confirmed.
I just checked and the business confirmed its hours 4 weeks ago which includes Sundays.
THIS IS THE THIRD INSTANCE THEY HAVE CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE. The other two times, I thought maybe I had gotten the date/time wrong and cancelled my other appointments to make it to the "one I scheduled."
If you go here, just don't expect your appointment to be your actual appointment. You can see other reviews like this.

I needed an emergency appointment, and they saw me right away. The staff was kind, and the dentist was extremely nice. They were able to take care of the problem expeditiously, with very clear information about my options. Highly recommended!
