Arizona Dental Heights

My husband and I were new clients today and were thoroughly impressed with how kind, professional, and attentive the staff was at AZ Dental Heights. They were able to fit both of us in at the last minute (within the hour) and were extremely helpful with recommending how to best care for our teeth and solve any issues we had. They even fit me in for a last minute filling!! I am still nervous at the dentist and everyone I encountered did such a great job at being reassuring and making me feel comfortable. Wendy is a lovely person who is very knowledgeable and very kind to talk to, as well as Destiny, the dentist himself, and the front reception as well. They even put our names on a little chalkboard welcome sign at the front welcoming us as new clients! We will definitely go back and are happy to be patients!

They are the best! I missed my regular dentist appointment and they got me in same day! Dr. Alok Ahlawat is awesome. He explained every step and made me feel very comfortable too. :)
The girl at the front desk was SO sweet. I was in a lot of pain and actually started crying! I was super embarrassed about it and still can’t believe I did that but she made it seem ok and made sure I was seen as soon as possible!
Just really nice, caring, hard working people at this office.

Thank you so much for fitting me in and being so understanding of the urgency as I hate to be a burden to anyone or make anyones job harder than it has to be.

It was the best early Christmas present! Now I can enjoy spending this time with my kids, family and friends!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind and truly care about me as a patient and a person. I would recommend Dr. Ahlawat and his practice to everybody. Wendy always does a great job cleaning my teeth and gives me great tips to improve my dental hygiene. The practice manager, Destiny, is excellent at explaining treatments and finding a solution that works best for me.

Dr Ahlawat and all of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights has been outstanding!! Back in November I had excruciating tooth pain, I called and left messages with 3 other emergency dentists, then seeing Dr Ahlawat is rated one of the top denists in AZ I called Arizona Dental Heights emergency line where Dr Ahlawat answered himself and got me in immediately. After my exam and consulting with the office manager Destiny, who has been wonderful as well, and going over all options and financing I decided to have (all on 4) Dental implants. I had a 5 1/2 hour surgery and 10+ other procedures over the next 8 months. Dr Ahlawat would personally call me to make sure I was doing well after each major procedure. He always made sure I was comfortable and never in pain. He truly is an amazing dentist. My new teeth are beautiful and are like having my original teeth again. Even the hygienist Wendy is the best I've ever had clean my teeth. Dr Ahlawat and ALL of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights are the most professional, caring and informative dental practice I've ever experienced. They have truly made me feel like family.

I hate going to the dentist but Arizona Dental Heights makes the experience as wonderful as it can be.
They are all friendly, quick, accommodating, and most importantly, talented.
Every question was answered professionally and I felt like all my concerns were heard. Very thorough examinations and work. Highly recommend this place.

I live at north valley and going to dental office that is far from our location, was not an option initially. However, when I got connected to the dentist at residence through one of our mutual friends, I took the chance.
It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I was looking for a second opinion as I was given a high priced quote by different dental office. But the carefully guided advice from the Arizona Dental showed that with careful procedures, I can still save some of the teeth and with much less cost. It was worth driving that many miles from north valley.

I will recommend this dentist office to all my friend.

Customers beware!we spent around 1.2k in total because of their rushed jobs and money hungry practice!

Many users who have only 1 or 2 reviews posted here are FAKE. I doubt they are legitimate and agree with other reviews that they over charge for simple procedures. My family paid $150 or so for a simple cleaning which costs $50-100 max at most businesses. My permanent retainer had to be stuck back on after it fell off and that cost $200 or 300 when normally it's only $70-90 by other dentist estimates. The retainer fell off AGAIN which caused my teeth to shift. My 2 years of braces went down the drain because now I needed to fix my full lower teeth! That was $900 at another dentist for braces with retainers. I no longer trusted them and sought out another office for my braces (caused by them) as well as my wisdom teeth removal. All that glitters is not gold, as shown by their over charged office.

Edit: Yes, this is a pen name/username and I was a patient at this facility. I can see this as another tactic to diverge actual critique towards them. They also do not allow image uploading to further cover them.

Dental work can be scary and extremely stressful at times. Not to mention the vulnerability of it. Some dentist may lecture you or make you feel less than but I can guarantee that won’t happen here. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of before coming here. The environment is very welcoming and staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. If you are looking for dentistry that can do it all and more, you should definitely give Arizona Dental Heights a call.

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. himself were very friendly. They all made me feel comfortable. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentist. I felt so comfortable and was a little surprised that I felt that way. They are an excellent dentist and an excellent staff.
