From check in to check out- the staff is amazing. Courteous , friendly and helpful. My hygienist is awesome. I no longer dread routine dental visits!!

People are getting offered stuff for their “5- star review”.

This office has really changed in a bad way and that is why they have such a bad turn over rate. Be careful what information you give them, I was charge almost $500 just days before chiristmas. They say I have a balance yet I was going in every month for my aligners and never once told i had a balance.

I was a loyal client to this office for at least 5 years. I only remained coming to the this office the last 2 years out of loyalty since I relocated further away. Since they became a franchise (OR whatever they did) I have had issue after issue, cancellantion after cancelation. Always due to their poor lack of staffing, although when I needed to reschuled days after my mothers death I had to wait several additional weeks.

I cant even get an manager or person in charge to call me. I have left voicemails and when I do speak to a person they say the manager will call me. NOthing at this point.

My experience at Arrowhead Family Dentistry went exceptionally well. Each time I have visited the dental office both of the hygienists were excellent with cleaning my teeth. They took their time with cleaning, and answering all of my questions and concerns regarding my teeth. They immediately brought my concerns to the doctor for a final evaluation, which the work performed was outstanding. I love this office because of their good customer service, professionalism among staff, and their ability to listen to the concerns of the patient. I have found my dentist office and will continue to go back for routine teeth cleaning, and for any of issues I may experience in the near future.

I simply adore my visits with Dr Elizabeth, she is so personable and warm. She makes time to answer questions and ensures your visit is pleasant and comprehensive. The staff is always kind and courteous. Chris is new member of the team and he fits in perfectly providing the same warm welcome as the rest of the staff. This office is top notch!!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are clear and transparent on what needs to be done for treatment plans. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Great experience. Was nervous going on first visit but it quickly went away after meeting all of the kind staff here. Can't say anything bad about them and I'm so glad I found them. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the one. I am so grateful to everyone there. Clean and calming office with a very friendly vibe.
UPDATE: Since writing this I have been going to this practice consistently for the past almost two years and still have nothing but great things to say about them, if not even better things than before!! Awesome, professional practice. Dr. Elizabeth and her team are not only trustworthy and kind, but also skilled and talented at what they do. I do not have dental insurance and they offer an awesome yearly plan at a fixed rate that covers my yearly cleanings and X-rays and makes it affordable. Again, can’t say enough good things about all of the people there and the service they provide.

Always happy with Arrowhead Family Dentistry, everything is explained before a procedure, very gentle and very friendly. I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking for a dental office.

Arrowhead Family Dentistry is a blessing! We’ve struggled to find a place where we all agreed on as a family. But happy to say I look forward to my visits 5 stars and some!
