Dr. Ambridge did an amazing job taking care of my 4 teeth cavities. She is true professional and very gentle and caring. She gave me recommendations, followed up with me after. Happy with the results and highly recommend.

Amazing from the top down, everyone on the team is incredibly kind and down to earth while being extremely professional and knowledgeable. Amazing dental practice. Staff and doctor seem to be very educated in the latest dental research. Everyone is nice and is working hard to make you feel at ease and make the exoerience pleasant. Also noticed a lot of amazing technology in the office. Would definitely recommend.

I had my first appointment recently and was there a few minutes early. It started off with the assistant being almost 15 minutes late. She didn’t know what she was doing and I had to wait for someone else to help her. I noticed there was only one other patient in there at the time. My appointment originally scheduled for 12 and didn’t see the dentist until almost 1:15. I was pretty fed up at this point and to be honest she didn’t really seem like she wanted my business. I found her to be very unprofessional and I decided it wasn’t the right place. If someone is looking for professionalism, courteous of time, and attention to detail then this is NOT the place to go! I will not return nor recommend this place to anyone!

First of all my name isn’t Rich. I’m sorry but I don’t agree with whatever finding or information that was provided to you from the staff. The staff was not prepared and had no idea what they were doing and needed help. As a first appointment, I had to wait in a chair for over 70 minutes for Dr Ambridge to even talk with me. I have my honest review of the business and whether it’s sounds inflammatory represents other peoples experience. I will not return nor recommend this place.

Very rude and dishonest treatment coordinator. Sent me an estimate with no itemization, just a lump sum price that they want you to pay before services are rendered, and they won't even book your appointment without at least 50% down of the total for services. The Dr. charges YOU to warranty her work. Why should I be paying to warranty the DR.s work?? So needless to say, I switched to a new dentist at Vistancia Dental and didn't need to pay any money up front to get an appointment booked. AND prices are cheaper. Dr. Ambridge is a price gauger. And her treatment coordinator is a joke. Stay away from this place. Very shady practice.

In my personal experience Dr Ambridge has been the most caring, patient, and understanding dentist I’ve ever had. I found Dr. Ambridge right after my previous dentist was moving to another state. The smile institute also has one of the best staff too. They are always so welcoming and are always willing to figure things out if there’s a problem.

Dr Ambridge has proven her exceptional skills, patience and commitment continually to me over the last two years. I have needed some unexpected dental care that I was very disappointed about and quite frankly anxious about, but Dr. Ambridge has each time explained the treatment clearly, calmed my nerves, and performed amazing work. She has replaced one of my old metal fillings, did cosmetic bonding on several teeth and most recently given me a tooth implant after a very old crown gave way at which time I declined having a root canal. On that occasion the Dr stayed late to work me in so that she could relieve my nerve pain from a cracked tooth and start treatment right away. Also, she steered me away from veneers which I had asked for two years ago because they were not the right choice for me- she could have very easily taken my money and went ahead but she didn’t. Dr. Ambridge is truly ethical and is the most professional and capable caregiver I have ever had! Not kidding, I refer everyone I know to her because of her quality care. I consider myself lucky to have found her, and trust her explicitly! You have got to see for yourself!

I have nothing but great things to say about this office and the entire staff. I was a new patient, and was seen immediately when I had severe tooth pain. Root canals are not fun but Dr. Ambridge explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. I am VERY thankful for this office and the entire staff.

I am a patient at the practice and I want to give a shout out to all the amazing people working there. Everyone is trying so hard to do the best possible dentistry and provide the best customer experience, especially with all the cost increases, staffing issues, COVID, and all the other issues faced by every small and medium busibess right now. The dental practice continue to innovate introducing new software, dental equipment and tools to make the analysis of the dental and overall health so much better and be able to treat all the issues. They have just introduced saliva testing for bacteria which have been linked to Alzheimer's , heart and other serious diseases. Once they find out which damaging bacteria may live in the mouth and under the gums, they issue a specific antibiotic to kill them. For more severe cases of bleeding under the gums, they have specialized program to stop the constant inflammation affecting the rest of the body.

Dr. Ambridge brings a very high level of professionalism to the
art of dentistry. I am extremely satisfied with all levels of her
treatment from the way the office is set up to the staff and
especially to her abilities as a practicing dentist. Five Stars
