TRU Dental is easily the best dental group I have encountered in my 50+ years. Dr. Ward is experienced, knowledgeable and instills confidence. He takes time to explain everything and does great work. His entire staff, is caring, friendly and helpful. Scheduling, cleanings, referrals and every interaction is handled with care and a smile. They are great at what they do. As a patient I feel like everyone genuinely cares about me. What more can you ask for?

Let me start by saying I am deathly afraid of dentist. I have had several traumatic experiences so I am not the best patient. However this office was a blessing. I arrived at the office in an extreme amount of pain and they were gracious enough to fit me in. The staff was so incredibly polite and understanding. Dr. John Ward was my dentist. He made me feel very comfortable. I was really scared so he walked me through the entire process and explained every step. For the first time ever, I felt secure and confident in the process. I had a large amount of work done and he worked swiftly and gently and ensured I was not stressed. He was constantly checking on me through out and it was a great experience. Although I was living in Yuma, Arizona I made it a point to return and visit him for my next procedures. I would highly recommend him for any of your dental needs!!!

I cannot praise Dr John Ward at TruDental, and his staff enough, for the treatment that I have received. I am actually frightened of dentists, and I did not even remotely, feel ill at ease. Not for a minute.
Dr Ward takes pride in his work, and takes special care to ensure that his patient is happy. He's a good dentist!

The staff is friendly and attentive. The office is well run - I've never had to wait very long for an appointment.
In the past I've always disliked going to the dentist because it feels like I'm committing a few hours minimum between the waiting room and the time between xrays, cleaning, and seeing the Dr. The process is much smoother here and I don't feel like a bunch of my time is being wasted.

My experience at Tru Dental was awesome. The office staff was very welcoming. Dr. Ward put me right at ease and worked quickly. My hygienist, Karley Stratton, was professional, thorough, and gentle. One of the easiest and best cleanings I’ve had. The entire team works really well together. I highly recommend them.
