Getting a root canal is usually not a great time however, I can honestly say that I had a great time with Dr. Renfro and her team that day. And I feel like I got the best care in their hands. Dr. Renfro, Cindy and Kaley were so lovely to take the time to explain every single thing to me and by doing so creating a very anxiety free experience.

I gave them my insurance info and apparently they had trouble getting my insurance to pay their portion of the appointments I had there. I made my payments on site for both visits at the time. I called when I got my first bill that apparently my insurance did not pay. Call them and they said "oh we'll take care of this, you shouldn't have to worry about this at all." Well that was completely false, instead they sent the portion my insurance decided not to pay to a debt collection agency and they hurt my credit. Horrible communication from them and good luck trying to talk to someone about this because they will always put you on hold when you call in. I had been told by several folks that dentist will hustle their client tell when they can ... apparently this is one of them.

Absolutely love this dentist. I needed a lot done, it's been about 4 years between visits. Had 3 cavities fixed, a root canal, and a cleaning. The team at Canyon Vista make you feel like family. Thank you for giving me back my smile.

Very very disappointing. What a waste of time. I checked and they took my insurance, so therefore I booked a teeth cleaning. I never got my teeth cleaned! After reading the reviews, they were fairly decent. They claimed the teeth cleaning would be free with our insurance. But after all this they wanted to up charge for several procedures they claimed I needed. Save your time and money, and stick with your favorite dentist.
