Dr. Ho and and Dr. Im are true experts, and hygienist Damien is informative, patient, aware, funny, and great at mitigating pain. I was worried that I'd have to find a new dentist after Dr. Felien retired, but I've had two 6 month appts with the new dentists and the quality is just as good. I've been going here since 2018. Everyone is very professional. They take the time to explain what is wrong and how to fix it including at-home suggestions, without feeling rushed or money-hungry or patronizing. The office is always clean and quiet, and the front desk staff are lovely and polite. The tech is modern (including laser scaling) and everyone is careful to change gloves and clean equipment in front of you before/after each use. Hours vary from 8am-7pm, which is nice. I love my dentist. :)

The clinic is beyond amazing, very clean and world class treatment from the staff.
Lisa and Cris both were awesome as they are always smiling whither beginning of the day or end of it.
They explain in details what’s happening and anything I ask or don’t ask about.
Of course comes on top of the whole thing Dr Mesch, simply amazingly friendly yet professional to no end.

I would definitely recommend going here. My dentures were lost at a hospital. I went to camelback smiles and it changed my life. I never smiled or talked without hiding my mouth. I am so pleased with my new dentures. They did an excellent job. Many many thanks to all of them and I am so grateful to them.

Came in to support my girlfriend that was really anxious about going to the dentist.
Everyone was fantastic. Explained every step of the procedure and made sure she understood, and was comfortable at every step of the procedure. Can't reccomebd them enough for anyobe who has anxiety about going to the dentist!

Thank you to Dr. Im. Went into the dentist with a lot of anxiety and Dr. Im made sure I felt at ease through out the whole process. Avoiding going to the dentist for years but now feel comfortable to go back every couple months for a cleaning. I would recommend this practice to any one, especially if you have any fears/anxiety about the dentist.

Go see Doctor Ho. She is amazing. Fast, caring, thoughtful, and she really listens to you and respects how you feel as a patient. Damian is an excellent (thorough but gentle!) hygienist who left my teeth incredibly clean. And the front desk staff is always super polite and professional. I'm someone who has a huge dental phobia, and now I actually don't mind going to the dentist. That's the highest praise I could possibly give :)

I would advise to avoid Camelback Smiles for good..!

I have been a customer for many years but over the years I realized that they over charge for everything. They play with your money and will charge more than what the insurance pays without first discussing or properly explaining them to you before the procedure.

Few months ago, I went in for a regular checkup and wanted to do a filling, but they decided to do a root canal. To date it is still hurts and now I really doubt whether they know what they are doing.

Yesterday when I got my insurance EOB, I realized that they have charged way over than they should be and when I went to my regular checkup today, I asked about it, then the manager who I spoke to came out very rudely and very unpleasantly and did not even properly explain what went wrong. I actually ran away from the place and came home without even doing my regular checkup as I cannot trust them anymore and you should not be either. I will not be going there back for good..

I came here for my recent teeth cleaning and will be coming back for future cleanings as well. The office was very clean and the staff were nice and got my appointment rolling soon after I arrived.

Dr. Im made sure to explain all the procedures and findings from my exam which was very helpful in understanding what's going on in my mouth. Chris made the xray portion of the appointment feel painless and thorough. I am very satisfied with my cleaning and my newly shiny teeth.

You cannot typically get your cleaning and exam on the same day. After my latest experience trying to get a price for my husband‘s procedure, I have decided to leave this office completely. I asked for a price over a month ago and they cannot seem to get this run through insurance and get me a final price. They seem to use creative pricing where they group all of the dental procedures together instead of billing each code one by one, which is how insurance will approve them.

Dr. Im and Khaliyah were professional and fabulous. They made sure I had no pain. They were thorough. Highly recommend.
