I tried to book an appointment and was told a date and time to come in. Upon arrival I was told I was not in the system and would have to reschedule because I didn’t confirm I wanted those times and the receptionist wasn’t sure what I meant when I said “okay, great thank you.” She was expecting a yes or a no and okay was not clear enough. Just wasted a whole morning for naught.
