All of these other reviews are 100% accurate. Dr. Kaur, her team (Katie, Daisy, Carla,Tonya,Tony), and the office are great. I have only ever had bad experiences at dentist offices my whole life which leads to not going for years. Ive been to Kokopelli for over a year now for various procedures and will fly in to AZ if I ever move out of state for dental work! Highly recommended

As someone who has had dental issues my whole life, I know it is truly difficult to find a dentist you trust and enjoy seeing, who also does consistent quality work! I had avoided the dentist for a few years due to bad experiences at other offices, even though I needed extensive work. I was nervous, self-conscious, and worried about paying for repairs I didn’t truly need.

I spoke to Dr. Kaur herself when I called in as a new patient. She was friendly and professional, and her demeanor made me feel at ease right away. The admin staff is personable and organized (office manager Katie and front desk Bailey) and you’re never kept waiting for long. This makes such a big difference in patient experience! I’ve spoken to receptionists and schedulers at other offices who were impatient, unhelpful and made a lot of errors. The level of accountability at those places did not encourage trust between the patient (me!) and the doctor! On the other hand, Katie was wonderful - she spent a lot of time assisting me in scheduling my treatment plan, helping me use my insurance in the most beneficial way, and staying within the timeframe I requested. The staff as a whole is very understanding and empathetic. You’re spoken to like they’ve known you forever and treated with care, so you don’t just feel like another patient crammed in to their busy schedule. This goes a long way when the public health situation is already so stressful.

The practice is set up for maximum COVID precautions - plexiglass, masks and/or full body PPE, socially distanced waiting area, no unnecessary contact when entering/exiting, etc.

From the beginning, Dr Kaur was honest about what I needed. You’re never made to feel embarrassed about any dental problems you have, by her or any other team members (i.e. the hygienist, Tonya, who was first to see the state of my teeth). Dr. Kaur does quality work and has obvious high standards - she ensures that whatever I’m leaving with is the absolute best it can be, even if it means spending a bit more time with me. The dental assistant I’ve seen with her, Carla, is professional and works so efficiently with the doctor that I thought she was a dental student intern. I’ve had several visits here recently, and already feel more confident about my dental health.
If you’re nervous about visiting the dentist, are self-conscious, have had negative experiences in the past, or are just interested in having a more pleasant dental visit, I highly recommend Dr. Kaur and her team! I’ll never go anywhere else, even if I move further away, no matter how far I have to drive.

UPDATE: It’s been nine months later now and my implant is complete and it looks awesome! Just perfect. Thank you Dr. Kaur for coordinating this project and directing me to other great docs for their parts.

I’m so appreciative that Dr. Kaur was able to help me out. I broke my front tooth last week and being new to the area, I did not have a regular dentist, but Dr Kaur and her staff worked me in that day. They were so caring and thorough. She arranged my entire care plan and helped coordinate the lab, and then worked me in again to adjust my temporary flipper. This is a great practice and I would highly recommend Dr. Kaur and her staff.

Great dentist and I always leave laughing. I have been a patient at this location for years through multiple dentists and was planning to leave when Dr. Kaur bought the practice. I decided to stay and check her out, and I'm so glad I did! I have been impressed with the care I have received, and remember several times when another dentist may have tried to upsell me, but Dr. Kaur instead offered conservative options. She recently replaced a crown for me that 2 other dentists had tried and left an open margin which I understand is a problem. I was leery of another try but Dr. Kaur assured me she could do it right, and she did! My new crown has the correct closed margins. Why do I always leave laughing? Because the office team is fun. I don't enjoy dental work, but I really like Dr. Kaur and her team.

Kokopelli is one of the best in the business. The staff is friendly and phenomenal. Dr. Kaur is one of the best dentists' in all of the Phoenix area. I've had a few cleanings and fillings done and its been delightful. The process to set up an appointment was easy and pretty quick. Kokopelli takes care of you like family. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful staff. I had both hygienist and dentist work on my teeth and they were great. I am like a small kid when it comes to seeing a dentist, but they made It pleasant and no pain. I would highly recommend my family and friends to go Kokopelli👍

I’m a new patient at this office. I was searching for a new dentist because of my new insurance and I found Dr Harveer. I went in for teeth cleaning to see if this is the dentist for me . and she did an amazing job. So I decided to go back and get my teeth checked out by her. I found out 4 of my teeth needed filling and two of them are cracked (ugh my old dentist didn’t catch them). Anyway, Dr. Harveer and her team makes me feel very at ease and I can see her amazing work on my teeth. I was so nervous about the procedure and if the teeth will be fixed but she did such amazing job comforting me. And the teeth look AMAZING! She is very professional but very funny as the same time.

100% recommending this Dr to anyone. I would totally drive over 100 miles to go see her if she move her office. This is how much I appreciate her work.

After my previous dental location stopped taking my insurance, I was anxious to find another great dental office. I'm so glad I switched to Kokopelli Dental! Dr. Kaur was extremely knowledge with amazing bedside manner. She was kind and ensured all my questions and concerns were listened to and answered. Tanya's bubbly personality made even my teeth cleaning enjoyable! I will say the front office seems to be training new workers so patience is a must when booking an appointment.

Dr. Kaur and her entire team are absolutely fantastic! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable. They take all the anxiety out of going to the dentist.
