4/12/22 update: Front office staff (still turnover) uncaring and do not listen to patient. Cancelled appt. due to hygienist sick (understandable), can't get on cancellation list unless you are already on the schedule, many negative answers to inquiries both on phone and in person. Scheduler smirked at my objections to responses.

Service declined after Dr. Cutler left. Major front office staff turnover. Still billing as non-participating provider to Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance patients after a whole year. Keep getting run around and same excuses (it's BCBS not us) from bookkeeper for office; no billing statements since June 2017. Lost two appointments (mine, my sons) in last 30 days.

I have been going to Highland Dental for approximately ten years now AND would not consider going any where else. I have had bridge work,crowns and implants done and have been very happy with all the results. I am very fond of Dr.Cutler AND his staff who are very personable,professional and dynamic people who go out of their way to make me feel comfortable,relaxed and at ease during my entire visit.It is a family atmosphere with the most advanced technology which to me,is the best of both worlds!
Dr.Cutler explains everything in detail,provides options and cost effectiveness for the procedure at hand.He is constantly continuing his education on new dentistry breakthroughs and findings to enhance his practice AND give his patients the very best treatment & care that is available.
I highly recommend Dr.Jerome Cutler AND Staff to everyone AND will add that you won't be disappointed!

I just came for an unscheduled visit because I was experiencing some pain in a troublesome molar. They told me to come in and they'd fit me in. The doc saw me, offered great care and advice, then had the hygienist do a special cleaning of the tooth in question. They were wonderful!

Can't say I usually say I love going to the dentist but like today, always feel well looked after. Everyone from the Receptionist, Dental Assistant and Dentist, all make me comfortable and as close to painless as possible.

So professional. Staff is on top of things, all looking for ways to help. They put everything on paper to take home. Dr. Barrett is very personable and thorough, and his equipment is awesome! Wait til you see his 3D xray machine! I believe I've found my dentist.

I have had numerous unpleasant experiences with dental offices and recently I visited Highland Dental for a second opinion on what I was told would be a lot of dental work, visits, money, and very few options. The previous place I went to really put it their way or the highway. I was stuck, scared, and needed a really good dentist. Someone honest, kind, actually caring, and who knows what they are doing. Dr. Cutler is amazing along with his entire staff. From the moment you walk in the door the receptionist is so sweet and kind, and it just gets better. I felt like they cared, gave me options, and the best part is the Dr. will do everything at once, not in a ton of different visits. He really spent time with me along with his assistant Meredith and explained everything to me, answered my questions, and made me feel hopeful and confident. I was so happy when I walked out the door. I told my husband immediately who also needs some work done and he will switch to Highland Dental as well. I am so thankful we found this place. Thank you so so much!!!! ♡

A month later I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled with a deep cleaning, and was put under sedation. I was so scared. I have never been sedated. The entire staff was amazing again, and Dr. Cutler's work is beautiful. I have not needed any pain medication, and my teeth are so white and pretty!!! Just wow! I'm so impressed, and I remember nothing. Woohoo!

Outstanding dental care, from a very knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Barrett was able to repair / salvage, teeth that had been treated by the "supposed" best dentist in town. That honor now goes to him, in my book.

I've been going to Highland Dental for years and have always experienced wonderful service. Dr Cutler is skilled in giving shots that I barely feel. I've had a number of crowns and am always pleased with the outcome. Aimee and the office staff are outstanding, also.

Absolutely love this place! I have been going here for 2+ years and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and compassionate. They have always worked with me to find financial options that work for me and I have never had a problem getting in for an appointment here. Dr. Barrett is a phnemononal dentist, even going as far as to personally call and check in with me after a difficult procedure. I cannot recommend this place enough!
