I had some major work done and I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. Dr Klein was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and when he was done I sat in my car and thought with all that was done I never felt discomfort. My recovery went as described. It was a very good experience. The Dental Assistant was awesome and was equally as good in her supporting role.
I felt at ease from the beginning to the end. Everyone from the Reception staff to the Dentist were friendly and helpful.
I was equally amazed at how high tech the office is.

I love Highland Dental! First of all, they got my implant covered at no cost to me. Next, I ran into an old friend there, thinking he was a customer, but he turned out to be one of the dentists! Since my original dentist has semi-retired, my friend is now my dentist. Besides that, everyone there is nice, courteous, and friendly. The office is clean and well-equipped. And they are taking really good care of my teeth.

My family, hands down, absolutely loves going to Highland Dental. Rooms with a view! ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL! Consistent quality results! Every nook and cranny is spotless! You can tell the staff is pleased with their choice of employment. The referrals for braces & oral surgeons (wisdom teeth removal) was on point!

Very pleased with every aspect of my visit. All of the staff are so professional and so kind and caring. Dr Klein is great! He explains what he is going to be doing and answers my questions. A truly pain free visit.

My son and I have been going to Highland Dental for years, and we've always received fantastic care. Kam, the hygienist that has worked on me the last several times, is super sweet and friendly, and has a soft touch - I never leave with a sore mouth! Courtney, the hygienist for my son, and the front desk ladies are amazing as well!

Excellent care! I lost a crown on a Saturday before my first scheduled appointment with Dr. Klein, and called the emergency line to leave a message, He was prompt to return my call, assessed me over the phone and realized it wasn't urgent, and then got me in early the next week. The office staff was also wonderful to work with, and Rebecca the hygienist performed the best cleaning I've ever had! I highly recommend this practice!

I've never been treated so kindly in a dentist's office before. They were amazing. My teeth aren't great and I need a lot done but they weren't judgmental and didn't try to make me feel ashamed of them.

They worked with me to come up with a treatment schedule I can handle and helped me make an appointment elsewhere for a root canal.

I wish I'd gone here years ago. First positive dental appointment of my life.

I’m terrified of the dentist after having countless bad experiences and never felt like my concerns were ever really considered. But at Highland Dental they were so thoughtfully aware of me as an individual, repeatedly asked me what things I wanted fixed, never once scolded me for my teeth not being where I’d like them to be and they were the FIRST dentist that I’ve ever been to who actually asked about my anxiety and stress levels throughout the appointment to ensure they weren’t forcing me through anything I wasn’t able to handle that day. Dr. Prose was genuinely the absolute best and most amazing dentist I have ever been to in my life and the fact that she was funny, relatable, caring, thoughtful, and just an all around amazing dentist will have me coming back for there for any and all dental appointments I may need. My hygienist was just as amazing, both of them were so insanely quick at everything they had to do in order to ensure I was in the least amount of pain possible and they also explained every detail of the process prior to beginning. I can’t thank Dr. Prose and my dental hygienist Nico enough for everything! They’ve definitely got a lifelong patient of me!

Everyone was so friendly while also staying professional and time efficient. I have never had a dentist stay in a room with me for so long let alone just going over different options and doing everything she could to ensure I was happy with my cosmetic choices. Really impressed after my first visit!

I would have given 5 star's although the front desk people seemed annoyed with my ins . I was told sit down it going to take awhile lol. I have humor . I also deal with a lot of ins . I also believe your front desk staff is the first impression of your business!!! I absolutely loved the dental tech / the dentist was amazing ,very kind and knowledgeable she made me feel confident that when I was very sick and the medicine I had to take didn't damage my teeth . I look forward to my appointment this coming week .. Don't let the front desk comment keep you from this office !
