Dr Williams was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and compassionate about my discomfort. This is not her fault but she was interrupted a couple times for questions by staff. Made my discomfort last a little longer but she tried to stay focused on me.

I am so happy we found Douglas Family Dentistry. I have never been thrilled going to the dentist, but there's something different about this one that I can't put my finger on. The staff are professional, respectful and caring. Before my first visit, I received a phone call from the front desk letting me know to call before I came in due to current health restrictions. Dr. Williams also called the night before to answer any questions I had. When I came in, Shiloh treated me and was quick and super helpful. They cleaned my retainer for free too and now it's spotless! The first-time patient visit was quick. I think I was seen and treated in less than 45 minutes which is stellar. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a dentist in the valley.
