Dr. Douglas was very thorough in explaining everything to me. He has the best equipment for analyzing my teeth in order to determine the best course of action. The staff are all very friendly. My one suggestion is that some of the staff have training in how not to use "elderspeak," since it can be condescending. Thank you.

I had my initial visit today and met most of the team who always introduced themselves with a handshake. Peggy is amazing, I love how clean and healthy my teeth feel after my cleanings. I started going to this practice when I was a child. After returning as an adult (I had relocated for school and work back east in between) I am grateful to be back at a place that has a consistent commitment to excellence in oral care. Honestly it is tough to find a dentist that you can trust and know has your best interest at heart. This is definitely true of Douglas Family Dentistry and the reason our whole family (including three kids under age 10) go here even over a pediatric dentist. The staff is meticulous and empathic. If you want a dentist that you can trust to do excellent work, puts a focus on preventative care, does a beautiful job cosmetically, and gentle and caring enough to make even a fearful three year old feel calm and comfortable this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend Dr. Paul Douglas for all your dental needs! I had a full mouth restoration, zirconia veneers, I could not be happier! It's not only a cosmetic change, but more importantly a permanent health upgrade. I was a grinder and my bite was really off... Dr. Douglas could have easily just did the restoration but he took the time, fix my bite and many other things...my quality of life has been lifted. I am ALWAYS treated so nicely & professionally whenever I visit the dentist. What - have you been smoking something ?! No, not yet (just kidding) I've honestly been treated very well & on my visit last week was impressed with the extra safety measures they've added because of COVID (ie: air sanitizers in every room).
Dr Douglas & his staff are All devoted to providing their patients the best care, comfort when providing services. It feels more like you're part of a big family vs. just being a 'number' as you might in another office.

I had a great experience so far. Very professional staff. Good at their jobs and it shows. Dentist has been in business for 30 years and still called me to see how i was doing after the work at 8:30 pm. Thats dedication. Happy to have found a dentist after many years here in the valley.
