First let me say the doctor's were amazing! I really loved the service part of my experience. Why I rated this company so low is because of their billing department. Danielle, specifically is a terror to work with.

On every visit, I paid a copay ranging from $50 to $100.. no problem. When a final bill came over $400, I paid it. They told me that my bill was square and that was it. I moved, received a phone call that I now owe over $700. Trying to get clarity, Danielle consistently called me a liar (in so many words) by rudely telling me that I received several letters about the balance and blatantly disregarded them. Trying to cooperate with her, she never let me get a word in and told me I didn't deserve to get an explanation, and threatened to hang up on me, before she actually did hang up on me. I never raised my voice, she did, I never called her a liar, she called me one. She was just Extremely unprofessional, unreasonable, and unpleasant. Based on that experience alone, I will never go back to this office, I will NOT refer anyone, it was horrible.

I could understand her attitude and unwillingness to be helpful if I were a patient who never paid and didn't have insurance and was completely uncooperative; however, binging that I had already given them well over $700 in cash and whatever my insurance paid, I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I still don't know how everything adds up because she has yet to send me a ledger that I requested by fax!

While it would have been my preference to have this conversation with the owners. Danielle refused to allow me to speak to anyone else; thus, here's my review.

Again, the service was great from the doctor's, lovely people, but one bad apple spoiled the bunch.

I Loved how they were with my kids but disappointed to find out when I called to set up 6 appointments for my children and foster children that we can no longer be seen there for missed/canceled appointments. As a single mother of 6 children/foster children, it’s not always easy to manage time and I do end up forgetting or have to call and cancel or reschedule. They claim they sent a letter, unfortunately, I think it was them trying to say nicely you're not welcome back because I know I did not receive a letter, and I would have called them. Thank you for the time we had with you guys and I pray you all are blessed beyond measures.

After a crown was placed I was not listened to days later when i told them I was in excruciating pain. When I say pain I mean can't eat, ca'nt sleep throbbing pain for days. After going back in they didn't even do proper tests to see what could be wrong. Literally left the office in tears feeling hopeless. Finally had to beg for a referral to a endodontist where they did a root canal. I don't blame them for my tooth pain, thats my fault. I blame them for not caring a bit.

I had a crown replaced today. Your newest addition, Anja is terrific. She is very professional and informative throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Clark as always, did a great job as well.

This office is very convenient in Scottsdale. The rates seemed a little higher than most at the beginning but worth it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There has never been a wait time. Love the music being piped in. So I recommend and if you mention my name, I will get valuable points! Thanks.

First I would like to apologize to Dr. Clark. He seemed like a great guy.

My issue was with the front desk. I had an appointment scheduled for a month out. Was told they needed paperwork from previous dentist to do cavity. I told them to let me know if I needed to do anything.

I never got a call. A week before the appointment, I called about it and was told I would get a call back. Never did.

Day before the appointment, I call them and tell them I want to make sure to get this done. I get told I would receive a call back about it.

Never got a call. So I didn't show up for my appointment. Called them that day and the assistant tried to blame the other dentist. I figure if I'm not important enough to receive a call back at any point, then I'll find somewhere else.

I've been going to Four Peaks for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Front office, hygienists, and the doctors are all very pleasant and efficient. I see a few of the other reviews mention problems with billing, but I have never once had a problem in several years. I would recommend them to anyone.

10 out of 10 for Four Peaks Dental Office! They fixed mistakes made by another dental office and explained step by step what is going to be done to correct everything. Felt very comfortable in the office, everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable!
