I saw Ambre for the first time for cleaning. This was the best cleaning experience I've ever had at a dental office. I'm not kidding; this was terrific. Ambre's technique is very gentle. I had no pain! The cleaning procedure is very thorough and I was impressed at how she seemed to know just the right time to give a rinse when needed. When I was done I received a new toothbrush, Sensodyne toothpaste, and dental floss. I will definitely be looking to schedule my next cleaning with Ambre.

I rate this a 3 because we waited a 1/2 hour for the appointment without an acknowledgement or apology, which would go a long way. I'm self-employed and any time I'm not working gets made up nights or weekends. The office staff is very pleasant, they get a 5.
