I like their regular services. However this time I waited for an hour to see their contracted periodontalist (real appointment only last 10 minutes). Had to take time off from work and hired a nanny. The wait time is unacceptable.

Time to discuss needs & wants; lots of asking "is there anything else you need to know/ask". I did not feel pushed into anything (especially, while I couldn't talk; they didn't disappear when my mouth was free). Everybody was very warm, friendly, and happy to spend the time to really listen and respond.

Best dental experience I’ve had - staff is friendly and is honest about my dental health and gives recommendations about dental products that would help me, like a new electric toothbrush (less than $30!) and a cleaning product for my retainers.
