First time I felt uncomfortable. I pretty sad by this because I have always have been treated great in the past. The dentist was great, but I felt like a very out of place with the hygienist. She was rough with the flossing. Very rough. I have a fear of going to the dentist. It felt like she had somewhere to go. They made me leave the office. I couldn't even wait until my husband came to pick me up. It wasn't hot thank goodness. They said I had to leave. No one was in the waiting room. I think I would have been ok with social distancing.

No pressure to make one choice over another, they make sure to help you be fully informed with all your options. Called for an emergency visit, they were able to squeeze me in same day. Awesome service from all of the staff :)

Everyone of the staff are very professional and still very very nice! The Doctor/Dentist was very thorough and took his time explaining everything he saw and what the best procedure would be to fix my tooth issue.last but not least the entire office is absolutely immaculate !!

Dr. Carlos is the best dentist I have ever taken my wife to see. Since retiring from the Army, he will be my choice as I am a new patient for him starting next month. Great attitude and very professional! Go to Dental Village!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is really nice and listens to all your concerns and works with you to sort them out. The dentist is incredibly nice and thorough, making sure you're not in any pain before he starts and they make everything really comfortable. This is one of the best offices I've been to, hands down.

Today was my first visit at Dental village. After moving from the east 6 months ago, it was time for me to get back in to see the dentist. Today, I had xrays and they also took actual pics of my teeth. The dentist in this office is really nice and detailed in explaining what he knows that will improve my dental health. I met the dental hygienist and she was very thorough with the exam explaining how I can improve my dental health at home with only a few changes.
I also did the cancer screening with a blue light (one that I haven’t done before) and it didn’t take any time at all. This screening is usually $30, but if you bring in a toy, it is free. Thank you Dental Village for taking such good care of me today and also ensuring that my son (3 years) was comfortable while I was getting my xrays. Also, time wasn’t an issue. I didn’t wait too long to be seen by the dentist. Great experience with experienced and very friendly staff!!!!

The hygienist was very thorough with the cleaning process and listened attentively to me. The doctor was also understanding although his exam was quick. But then, the X-rays of my teeth didn’t present any issues. I’ve been seen by this dentist for about 3 years now.

The environment was clean and welcoming and the staff were all very friendly. So much so that when my almost 3 year old started throwing a fit, while her brother was being seen, a staff member brought her crayons and paper to color on and made a glove balloon for her. All of my questions and/or concerns were answered and explained clearly. I will definitely recommend Dental Village to anyone I know who maybe looking for a great place.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I have always feared going to the dentist. I recently had a bridge done there. They took me in when I was concerned today.
