Yea I'm coming back and now I actually don't mind going to the dentist, it's actually kinda relaxing with the tech they use and care they give.

This office has the nicest, gentlest, most genuine staff I've ever come across in a dentist's office. I have sensitive teeth and they always make sure to be nice and easy with me and make me feel very comfortable. Great place!

We were on vacation and I had a issue with my implant. Found them on the web and so glad I did! They saw me the next day after I called and were wonderful. If I lived closer I would definitely switch to this practice!!

I took 2 days off work to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I got to my appointment and they said we tried to call you....16 minutes ago!!!! to tell you our machine is broke and we can't do it today. Also, even though we told you it would take an hour and a half we only scheduled you for an hour so we can't do a cleaning either.
I will tell everyone I know not to go to Williamsburg dental. I'm out several hundred dollars from missing work and they couldn't care less at the inconvenience they caused. No apology, nothing.
I guess giving 48 hours notice for a cancellation only applies to the patient!

Very friendly and professional staff. I barely even felt a thing when the Dr gave me shots to numb me up. That guy is GOOD. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and he has good music in there too.

Williamsburg is not the place to go. I went in for root canal they didn’t finish so I paid 1,567$ since there’s a 6 month waiting period on the rest. Sudman said id need fillings & maybe root canal AGAIN up top. They cleaned my teeth scraped ALL my previous fillings out. It’s only been a month or so & the tooth he did the root canal on is already having sensitivity’s! Mind you I have one that is not finished & has gave me no trouble.. With this being said he said “there’s a credit on your insurance come in for fillings” then he chose to fill the two teeth surrounding the tooth he said he would need root canal? Why would you not use that “credit” on the tooth that could need root canal? Instead of taking care of the ones around it with fillings. Money HUNGRY. But wait! There’s more! After this happened my dental insurance was charged 600! & that was for the two fillings they said I had “credit” for. They do not care about their patients they just want more money. So disappointed to know there is dentists like this out there.. & the 6 month waiting period didn’t happen the claim was already processed. DO NOT GO HERE.
