Very friendly staff @ Pantano location! Daughter went in on Friday to have 4 wisdom teeth extractions. I received a call after hours by Dr Caroline Kacer to see how my daughter was doing. Never, ever have I experienced that. Thank you all!

This has been my orthodontist for the past 4 years. Every time I go in they check me in quickly and I am in the chair in less than 10 minutes. Overall itās been a great experience, and my teeth are near perfect! Thanks again Dr. Kacer and the crew!

I have twins and one needed braces before the other, so we decided to go to Nogales for the first one because it was cheaper. Big mistake! (At least with the doctor we unfortunately chose). When it was time for the other twin to have her orthodontia done, I asked my friends who they liked and came up with OrthoPros on Pantano. The appointments are sometimes hard to get, but when you arrive, you are taken back quickly, and the techs are really great. They are friendly to my daughter and friendly when they come out to tell me how the visit went and what changes have been made and how treatment is going. Each stage makes sense to me and I can see the progression from crooked to straight teeth in my daughter's mouth. I like that the appointment "card" has a tear-off to use as a school excuse for today, and the office is always clean and neat--newly remodeled, too!

Went in a few weeks ago for a wisdom tooth extraction consult and I just felt completely warm and welcomed by everyone, they offered coffee and everything. Went in today for the oral surgery and due to past dental visits I had really bad anxiety and was petrified to be having it done, resulting in me crying (Iām 17 lol) and the greeters just made me feel so much more calm and one lady even called my mothers phone just to make sure I was doing okay after my surgery. Definitely recommend them if youāve had horrible experiences elsewhere. I will most definitely go back if needed :) Thank you so much š (broadway location)

Both of our children have worn braces done by Dr. Kacer and his team at Orthopros. Our childrenās teeth look amazing and our children and my husband and I are extremely happy with the results. 100% day and night. Dr. Kacerās staff is very friendly and understanding. The Receptionist learn names and faces of their patients and parents. We are very happy we chose Orthopros.
