Maria at the front desk was amazing. She overheard that someone cancelled, asked if anyone had called Ms Heyman
(she kept good notes from my call earlier in the week!). My husband happened to be in the waiting room.He heard her & inquired about the cancellation. They slipped me in within the hour. I leave the US in 2 days on an urgent basis & had to cancel my cleaning next week. Great job Maria! Good cleaning by Jackie. She Gave helpful advice and communicated well w this patient. TY!

Things went smoothly when I arrived and I did not have to wait to be seen. The assistant doing the xrays was pleasant and quick, the hygienist explained things well and the dentist was attentive and prompt. My plan,and expected costs,was clearly laid out. A good first visit!

I went to this dentist in November after many years of not going to the dentist due to severe phobia.Instead of showing that I did not have to be fearful to go to the dentist you have proven it to still be a horrible experience. I was seen in November. Front office staff did not greet me or give me my new patient paperwork which meant I was later rushed to complete it in the exam chair. The dentist and the assistant were great. But then I was told I was going to be referred to another dentist for an extraction and that this dentist requires a CT which my insurance will not cover and I will have to pay $175 and I could not decline or opt out. I decided that this didn't sound right so I spoke with someone with 15 years of dental experience who agreed this did not sound right and told me to get a second opinion. So i did! And guess what? CT not required for an extraction, only x rays. So i send I medical records release in December to have the x-rays sent to the new dentist. What is sent? What looks like camera phone pictures of my images. #1 these are not clear enough to see so now I have to pay $140 to have new x rays taken. And #2 is this not a HIPAA violation? Whose phone or camera are you using to take pictures of medical records? I send ANOTHER medical records request asking for proper images to be sent in January and still nothing. So if you want dental care without being forced to pay un necessary fees for services you don't need, stay away!

I enjoyed the most people don't enjoy going to the dentist I enjoyed spending time with Dr Sarah and her assistant they were both very thorough gentle and they took the time to do the job right I totally appreciate that I have complete faith and confidence in Dr Sarah I intend to get all my dental workers as much as possible done by her I'm right here with my last dentist till I thought it was absolutely fabulous Dr Lenny Cyrus it's a Dr lanius actually a woman had to practice on East River Drive and the whole food shopping center anyway I just want to say thanks again I definitely look forward to working with Dr Sarah I need a lot of work done a couple of extractions she'll send me to the white people so I'll get back to you again later with an update I think she's too perfect and an excellent dentist texture time doesn't I don't I didn't feel rushed At All by her

mostly an ok place, staff is pleasant and polite. service is slow and sometimes must wait longer then is necessary. work is a little expensive and done fairly well. However, after 30 plus years with office and dentist, not possible to make change in mid-stream.

Very impressed after my first visit to Associated Dental Care in Tucson. Busy practice but I was able to schedule my appointment within a few days' time. Very knowledgeable dental assistants and doctors. I was able to book a same day cleaning with the new hygienist! Looking forward to working with dentists and staff in the future.

Dr. Explained in detail the problem and solution, to where, you could understand what they were talking about. Showed me a video also.Went over cost of procedure. Everyone is very friendly 🙂 Love this place!
