Dr Ruiz and her assistant I believe her name is kiersten did an amazing job with extracting my tooth Dr Ruiz was very careful when numbing my mouth with shots I couldn’t feel a thing, it took about an hour and a half before they were finished and I was able to go about my day again highly recommend this place.

Dr. Williams always puts the patient first. I had a tooth ache and didn't know what the exact problem was. I called on Thursday and was seen by Monday. I had a cracked filling and exposed root and Dr. Williams gave me several options to repair my tooth that worked for my schedule and budget. One of my incisors was decayed halfway through. I called Ideal based on other reviews. They were able to take me the next morning, which was a very pleasant surprise. The office is clean and well organized, and after filling out the usual paperwork, trays were taken and Dr. William's throughly went over the treatment options that were available. We agreed on how much was necessary and how much I could afford. There was no pressure to do more than what was necessary and sufficient to alleviate my pain and renew my smile.
The extraction of my failing tooth was performed flawlessly and without causing me pain. I healed up quickly because of the care the dentist took removing the tooth.
My denture was ready the next day and fit perfectly on the first try.
I cannot tell you how well I was treated throughout my time at Ideal. Everything was done on time, and very important to me - affordably. I intend to make Dr. William's and Ideal Dentristy me regular dentist here in Tucson.
