I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Noseck, unfortunately his receptionist Colette (I think that was her name)not so much. Extremely rude and condensing, she fails to take responsibility and makes poor excuses for her lack of communication!

I didn't even make it to the office. The woman on the phone was very rude and unaccommodating. If it's that difficult on the phone, it's my experience it just gets worse. I used to work in health care. Bad office staff will KILL a practice. Marking this one off the list.
