These people seem really nice, like they have your best interests at heart. They have their wallets at heart. They do a bad job (as in BAD) then string you along with all sorts of promises, until it is too late for you to take any action. Do *not* trust them! They do whatever they can to evade responsibility. My advice? Stay away. The dentists try and talk you into expensive procedures. A one day crown? Their 'permanent Cad Cam crown lasted only 6 months before it fell off. It didn't even cover the tooth - just sat on top with a piece inserted in the tooth!! I call their 'emergency' number and am told a dentist will call back. Dentist? It was the office manager, who told me to buy dental glue at Walgreens and glue it back on. I must have six crowns in my mouth that have been there for *years*! Dental glue? I don't think so. This place should have a statue in front with flaming pants. Find somewhere else!

I went to them in April 2015 for a cracked tooth. After the x-rays the Dr. said I had cavities in every tooth! He refused to fill the cavities and wants to pull everyone of my teeth! To replace them with screw in false teeth to the tune of 90K - 50K! His reasoning for not wanting to fill the cavities was he said I could get cavities again! He also said after I had all my teeth pulled and replaced that the false teeth could go bad as well! What the heck, I want my teeth and the cavities filled if there are that many I'm not convinced that there are that many cavities in my mouth. I'm getting a second consultation from a different place that's for sure. I don't have 90K - 50K, and at first when he told me the price to fill the cavities it was 10K but in less than 5 minutes the price jumped to 20K to fill them and then it went to refusing to fill them. I'll never go back to that place, even if it was the last place on earth. The only concern they had was about money not the person sitting in the chair. Maybe some of you have been lucky and have been treated fairly but this is not the case with me as fas as I'm concerned.

I have read the poor reviews and with all honesty it does not describe this place. My daughter had a horrible experience at a different dental office, after that, I was very careful about choosing another dentist to finish the job that my daughter needed. A friend highly recommended Spanish Trail and I can't thank her enough for doing so. My daughter who is only 9 is not afraid of going to the dentist anymore and all thanks to the friendly, considerate and professional staff. Immediately after my daughters first appointment I switched my whole family to this dental clinic. My kids have seen Dr. Hanna and Dr. Zonneveld and as for myself I've seen Dr. Stears, all 3 are GREAT! Dr. Stears just did a crown and a veneer on my two front teeth, he was very honest and did such wonderful job and the best part is that him and his assistant were always making sure I was comfortable. As a nurse, I know what good patient care is and what it requires and this place exceeds in all areas. If you're looking for great quality dental care and friendly staff who actually care for the well-being of their patients than this is the place to go!

I had a great experience here as I did six months ago. I had my teeth cleaned very thoroughly and an exam, no one tried upselling me at all. They were very accomodating and extremely nice, I worked with Jovany, Layla, and Dr. Z and it was very efficient and pleasant. Even the manager Kendra came in and checked to make sure all was well. Customer service is really important to me so I was very happy there!

I have been going to Spanish Trails Dental for about a year and a half. I have not only been seen for my 6 month cleanings but also for extensive dental work that has required sedation.
Office/Staff: The office staff has always been great. Often times my husband and I will schedule our appointments back to back, and then switch off who has the kiddos. They have always been very accommodating to us in this regard. We only wait for a few minutes in the waiting room and our appointments always ends on time. The office is also incredibly clean!
Insurance: Prior to my dental work Dr. Stears office staff was very upfront about the cost of the procedure. They also contacted my insurance company multiple times and scheduled my appts to optimize the amount my dental insurance would cover. Thus, reducing the money coming out of my pocket.
Dentist: Dr. Stears has been fantastic. I was incredibly nervous before my surgery and he talked me through the entire procedure. He answered every single question I had, and even when I came up with new questions and called, he patiently talked me through the whole thing again. The surgery went great, and was seamless. Dr. Stears called and followed up post surgery to make sure I was doing ok. Post surgery the stiches were bugging me, and his office staff fit me in that day to have the stiches trimmed. I also learned that Dr. Stears has only taken over the office in the last couple of years. It is obvious in his bedside manner, his office, and his staff that he has put his heart and soul into the practice.

I was very impressed with the level of service that I received on the very first day. I was a new patient to this dental practice and was shown thoughtfulness, professional opinions, and they cared about me as a person. They, provided quick and efficient service from the entire staff as well as Dr. Kun. I will be returning in August and just want to say Thank you for treating me like a person and caring about my personal situation.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I had a very comfortable visit. The only thing i didn't like was i felt like the from desk people try to get the most money out of you that theu can. Overall though i had an amazing visit.

Everyone was very helpful and I can tell they care. My daughter had her two lower wisdom teeth pulled. The pain meds made her nauseous, the staff has been very helpful in helping us cope with that. Hats off to Mr. White!! He answered questions and even called us the same night of the surgery, he calmed my daughter as she was struggling. Thank you.

My consultation went smoothly today. Waited about 30 min before I was scene. My hygenist who took my xrays was amazing. I had a rough encounter with a gum consultant (not sure on her exact title) who was a little rough and made me feel like my teeth were falling out of my mouth. Which is no where near true. My dentist Sean was amazing! He was able to diagnose my cracked tooth without causing me a lot of pain. He also made sure I was ok before moving forward. The hygenist and dentist are the reason I will go back.

Pros. Staff are USUALLY friendly, although you get the occasional snotty attitude. Dentists are friendly and professional, and explain things for the most part.
Cons. Desk staff have difficulty with the concept of change. Change of name, change of insurance. HIPPA violations. I really don't want to discuss my health history or Meds at the front counter. Overbooked most of the time. Dentists are running between rooms. Last couple of times I was in, I had some areas of gum that were sensitive. They blamed it on poor hygiene. Turns out, my gums aren't liking a crown. Tried to schedule to get it replaced, and they couldn't figure out which tooth it was. Then again with what my insurance covers. Got so frustrated, I left and won't go back.
They were exceedingly rude when I said I wouldn't be back and requested my dental records.
