Dr Kun is awesome! Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. Dental procedures suck but he makes it as painless as possible and is very patient and understanding. If your looking for a dentist stop looking and go see Dr Kun, you wont regret it.

Please be aware that this is part of a chain owned by an out of state dental group. When I first went to Spanish Trail I was treated directly by a dentist, Swensen, who is one of the owners..and who seemed like a great guy, doing good work. I had a couple of procedures done which seemed fine.
Based on my recommendation and then-positive experience, my husband decided to have major implant work with full upper devise...costing $23 THOUSAND...done there.
1 - Swensen moved back to Utah in the middle of this major procedure my husband was having, without even telling us he was leaving.
2- The first upper devise was so ill fitting it had to be remade. Swenson tried to tell my husband it was supposed to be like that...
3- after Swenson left, when my husband went in to have the new remade devise installed, the bumbling fools there broke 3 out of 4 of the tiny screw holding the implant in place...didn't have more screws...could not figure out how to get the broken pieces out and removed portions of the implant which are NEVER supposed to be removed. My husband sat in the chair for four hours with his mouth open while they ran around like a group of clowns. The next day he had to come back and meet with someone from the lab who knew what she was doing and have the new devise installed. What incompetence!!!
4- in an attempt to placate us, and avoid a possible lawsuit, the office offered to do some other needed work for my husband and myself for free....this was to be about $5000 of work and we agreed. When time to do the work came around, they reneged on the verbal agreement and did half the agreed upon work ($2k worth)...poorly...and where rude and condescending about it. They were supposed to do a root canal and crown for my husband and a couple of crowns for me. They did the crowns which never fit properly because they were not finished properly. When I made an appointment to have them finished with a little grinding and polishing, I drove into town, but they looked at the work, snickered and
laughed and refused to do anything.
This place is to be avoided like the plague. And keep your eyes open when dealing with ANY of the connected offices. Their ethics are highly suspect as well as their dental abilities.
My husband has had to have the devise adjusted several times as it is ill-fitting, and today, after two years, needs more work done on the bite. We are finding another dentist....Keep in mind those of you with experiences like ours, your can file a claim with the AZ Dental Board for up to SIX YEARS after the work is done.

I first visited this place 6 years ago and at the time I would have given them a 2 star rating. I gave them a second try both last year and this year and they have totally turned things around 180 degrees. The receptionists, assistants and dentist are all highly professional, polite and competent. I will recommend this group to anyone in Tucson!

I've been in a few times within the last year and have had nothing but a great experience. Bart is the best dentist I have dealt with. I was a little surprised by all the poor reviews; I think they had some bad doctors in the past, but I guarantee that anyone that see Bart will be ecstatic.

My wife and I both have a great experience here about two weeks ago. I thought they were local, but they are part of a much larger corporate chain. They are affiliated with the "Every Kid's Dentist" across the street but are not part of the same company.

If I could give 0 starts I would but that's not an option after looking at the other reviews I should t have even called this place but I did. They won't even disclose basic pricing that literally EVERY OTHER DENTIST OFFICE in Tucson is able to disclose over the phone. Guess an exam fee is where they make they're money........?

Had some bonding done, and it failed and cracked within 72 hours after paying over 400 dollars out of pocket to have the work done. Went back immidelty and was told I would be charged $200 to have their shotty work fixed. I have had similar work done that lasted over ten years. Absolutely unacceptable.

Insurance covers the procedure, but "it is too hard to bill". You will have to pay 100% out of pocket. Sounds like I wasted my time on supplemental insurance or maybe this dentist. I am going to find one that doesn't find it difficult to bill my insurance.

Everything is great.... EXCEPT the hidden crap they use with their financing cards with smile generation... If you cannot pay your bill all in full, I wouldn't get anything done here... Once you go over your so many months no interest they will get all the interest back and charge you for it, so after a year if you haven't paid it off then look forward to another $1,000 bucks your going to get charge for.... SMILE GENERATION IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!
