I found The Ventana Dental personnel to be exceptional! Very refreshing to be greeted and treated as a real human being. Everyone I met, from the office manager to the Dental Assistants, to Dr. McCoy, obviously loved their jobs and liked working with people. They were all excellent at their jobs. The office itself is very bright, very clean, and very modern. I myself, am a retired health care professional and it means everything to me to feel that I am getting the best care possible by people who really care about me and their profession.

Love the ladies at this office and feel so good to know I’m going to be taken care of when it comes to my teeth! My anxiety is real when it comes to going to the dentist but these ladies really know how to take care of their customers and check in on how you really are through every step! Then office is beautiful and the atmosphere is light and welcoming!

Fantastic dental office, staff and dentist. Although going to the dentist is never considered an enjoyable time, this office is the exception. My hygienist, Lilly was awesome, gentle yet thorough. Rest of staff that took X-rays were also great. And the dentist, was also very knowledgeable, and explained everything without feeling she was rushed. Highly highly recommend this dental office!

This was my first visit to this dentist. I’m not a fan of dentists but I was made to feel comfortable from the front desk on. Dr McCoy was very gentle and encouraging. I most definitely will be returning for further care even though they are out of network for my insurance.

I’m a snow bird, and I use to use Ventana when we were here for winter , but due to circumstances have not needed their services in a couple years. We arrived on 2/27/23 and about a week later I noticed I had a lower bridge coming loose. I called and they got me in the next day, fixed me up so now I can enjoy the rest of my visit without worry.
