I never do this but I wanted to warn all my Tucson Friends to NOT go to Wilmot Family Dentistry. My Dentist Dr Lee who I had for over 15 years sold his practice to them. We loved him and never had an issue with him or his staff.
When it was sold we decided to go to the new office. At our first visit they instructed both Jesse and I to get mouth guards saying that it would be about $50 after insurance. no more than $150.
I got a bill for over $800. When I called to talk to them they said let me get that straighten out for you. I see insurance didn't cover it. They seemed like they would do some kind of discount or something. They never called me back.
When I called them back the person I spoke with told me there was nothing she could do since I had signed the form. Funny cause (Turns out there was no form in my file)... When I asked about not having the form in my file she said either way you are still responsible and refused to work with me.
I paid the $875 today but I am glad I won't be doing business with them again. So much for customer service.
So be warned if you go to them they are not trust worthy or helpful .
My biggest concern was that this would happen to someone else. Cause an unexpected $800+ could be devastating for some .

went in for emergency wisdom tooth removal, got in next day, fast and easy. the whole experience was great, felt no discomfort or pain. the staff was very understanding about ny dental anxiety. i was in and out and enjoyed the rest of my day. i will definitely be going back in the future, and telling everyone about this amazing dentist office.
