This kind and sincere and professional doctor held a place for me for a year while I have been fighting for my life to get well enough to make it in to my dentures and partials made. I had a gastric bypass done over 11 years ago which has been trying to steal my life away and God bless him he gave me a break by giving me one more appointment beyond the limit. They messed up my temporary crown. It was cracked in 2 places, and instead of forming anothe, the girl just put an insane amount of the glue stuff all around it. Two days later it shattered. and I had to go in again. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault. THEN once my permanent crown got in from the lab (which took two weeks), it was the COMPLETELY wrong shade. My teeth are pretty white, and this thing looked the color of corn. So I had to wait another week or so until they got they new one in. Then the girl decided she needed to shave it down, leaving a permanent grinding indention in the over $1000 crown that I have to now live with for the rest of my life. They never apologized for a thing. It was very unprofessional. I will never go back. I suggest you do the same.
